We eat here often. Order came out wrong. Walked out to have a smoke and when I came back In half of my order was waiting. Other half finally came. Sat and waited as all the other food came out and I still waited. Well when my full order finally came out I wasn’t hungry. Got a to go container. Waitress filled my son’s drink but completely ignored mine. Mine went completely empty. Again we usually have great service there but today was horrible. Sorry we inconvenienced the server by us just being there.

I like the food here but getting food to go is a rip off. The charge a 20% service fee on to go orders. How does it make sense to pay $2.60 on a $13.00 entree?The cook is already paid to cook the food.The sever only puts it in a bag?Waffle House needs to change their policy!

Food was burnt, hash browns were too hard to eat and the sausage was also hard and dry. But the service was great. She kept a check on us and replaced the sausage without questions.

We get better service at this Waffle House than any 5 star restaurant we’ve been to. The food and service is always 10 out of 10! The cook that was there tonight was KILLING IT. Super busy but the “rockstar grill operator” was truly a rockstar! We will be back!

Dinner food done well and excellent service! I asked for extra crispy hash browns and that’s exactly what I got! Eggs were done as requested and the sweet tea kept coming without us having to ask! Bacon and coffee were hot and good!
Service was attentive and pleasant. Shout out to “LA” who claimed lots of years of experience (and it showed in her work ethic!) but no signs of being grumpy or having worn out attitudes.
The place was packed but we got our meal in less than 5 minutes! Parking is ok. A few spots by the store, but a larger lot next door for the shopping center.
Easy to access from the main roads. Harder to turn left out of the lot due to traffic coming off the nearby exit ramp.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Food came out in a timely manner, was precisely as ordered, and piping hot. Our drinks were refilled before we could even think to ask for them to be. Restaurant was clean and staff continued cleaning while we were there. We look forward to visiting this location when we visit the area!
