If I could give the service a Zero I would. We showed up for Breakfast and not one person came to the counter for nearly 10 minutes. Fina someone came and said they are only doing Kiosk now, I said I had a question the Kiosk could not answer, why did no one come up. She didn’t answer and walked away. I ordered on the Kiosk, after we ate we needed a bag, we went to the counter and no one again came up to help, there was one lady outside smoking right near the door peeping in to see if anyone was coming to help. No one came, we went back to our seats and waited for the smoking lady to come back in and asked her for a bag. Did not wash her hands, reached and gave us a bag. Will not be returning EVER.

Super kind staff. Our food was delicious and our order correct. The bathroom could use some maintenance but it seems the staff cleans it well.

Only reason why it’s not a one star is because the food was decent. The cashier had his hood up and didn’t say a word to us, we just told him what we wanted and he didn’t have an audible response. The bathrooms are unkept so the whole place just felt gross. Would not recommend coming here unless they change things up

Stopped by here briefly while traveling home after spring break. Was located across the street from gas station and Tesla chargers. Place was relatively clean and food was average for a Wendy’s. Only one person working when I went and place was relatively empty. Food came out relatively fast.

I usually order a timed order from this location and have never had issues with it being ready by the time I get there. Today I was told that even though I placed a time order. I have to walk up to the register and inform them I have a timed order. I will not be returning.

I never thought I’d write a review like this on a drive-through, but it amazes me how bad the service is and how bad the food is. From ordering our food to receiving it, they did everything in their power to ruin it.
It starts when I ask for a spicy chicken sandwich with ranch. And the man repeats back “ok so no tomato” and I said “i want tomato, just not the meal.” To which he promptly responds with “oh so now you want tomato. “
Next, when we get to the payment window my wife asks if it’s possible we could add a strawberry lemonade. Some how this is the world’s biggest ask because they roll their eyes and snatch the card out my wife’s hand.
Lastly, when we get out food, we only receive half the order and so we wait at the window for the rest. (A baconator burger) lady opens the window confused and annoyed and asks “yes can we help you?” When we tell her we’re waiting for the burger she closes it and tells her coworkers about it. The window is closed but we’re still able to see and hear the attitude in the kitchen. At this point my wife and I are confused. We’ve worked in the food industry so we understand the stress. But not once were we difficult. Even when we get burger the disrespect continues. Not to mention this is how we got our strawberry lemonade. Look I’m not picky, it’s fast food but seriously? I strongly urge people to avoid this spot if possible as this is not the first time we’ve been treated this way.

I just went through the drive thru. I was served French fries that were not cooked at all. I paid $12 for a meal and half of it was not edible. I called the store and no one answered. Lebanon Wendy’s needs to be overhauled including their staff. I can’t believe they would serve fries that were not cooked.

Stopped by here to grab dinner with my husband. The line for drive-thru was long, each car was taking 5-10 mins to go through. They had a new person working her first day in the window taking orders. Not the smartest thing to do on a weekend during dinner rush. They messed up his order and the fries were cold. Never again!
