Ok accidentally ordered a black bean burger not a regular burger online.my mistake but I called within seconds of my purchase. On hold for maybe 5 minutes and they said they would correct it. I wasn’t even asking for the price difference either. I still got the black bean burger and it was packed with about 1/4 cup onion..or more. If they couldn’t fix it they wouldn’t have said so and I could have picked something else up

Our servers name was Jennifer. She was so sweet and kind. She was constantly checking on us and chatting with us, which made our experience enjoyable. The rest of the employees were very kind and complimented me and my friends on our looks. Overall was a great experience and amazing, and quick service + food. I live 3 hours away, but if I’m ever back in Charleston I will be back here!

Greeted immediately at the door! Great hospitality! Clean parking lot and large bc of the mall as well. Ordered the Watermelon and 6$ Margaritas. Just skip the 6$ one bc u get a much better flavor from the watermelon version. Ambiance was nice with lighting and music selections. We sat at the bar area to watch sports and feed our ADHD as well. Ordered the Queso dip and chips. Must had been the chips near the bottom of container bc we had a lot of salt. A LOT! But I get it-we didn’t complain bc we are just happy to spend time together in an OPEN restaurant! Love the queso! Hands down the Best! Bartender was kind and always checking in on us! We look forward to coming back and enjoying the Mall and all the shopping available! Dave’s and Busters is coming soon! Gas is nearby and hotels. Close to the interstate as well. Support what we can folks! Let’s keep Them all open as long as we can! Do a review and help them out!

We always order the same food … triple dipper with all chicken is always good and southwest egg rolls always good as well but the last 2 times I’ve ordered mozzarella sticks they were not hot one was busted with no cheese inside won’t order those ever again the Texas cheese fries were cold with hard cheese I live 3 minutes away I always pick my food up and I’m always there before it gets done and it was just not it this time not sure what happened it seemed like all the employees were outside smoking and having a good time

What a wonderful visit. A great Chilly Sunday afternoon, Chili’s gave a warm place to visit and have great food. The place was clean and every seemed happy. Had a variety of meals and everything was great.

Quick service! Excellent food! Professional staff! Location and parking aren’t the most ideal unless you are already in downtown Charleston, and it does cost to park. Street parking is the cheapest option

Dry wings. Ordered 16 and received 14.
This location is just not as good as it once was. A lot of times recently pictures do not make it to a user’s review. I have included a cup of chili and classic nachos. These are not products that are to be proud of. Anyway, buy beware.
