Most of the time it’s good but other times it sucks. There like 3 people who know what there doing we sat in curbside for almost 20 minutes I’ve worked at McDonald’s and know fast food is not always fast but it was 10pm and they were dead. We got cold food. Drive thru is always good most of the time.

I always check because not 1 not 2 not 3 but multiple times I have ordered a large fry and paid for that large fry and for a medium that couldn’t be even be considered a medium bc it’s half full. It is so frustrating paying for 1 thing and getting another. I usually always check the bag as like I said this has been an ongoing issue and the ONE time I don’t I get home and sure enough it’s a half full medium!!!! My bag says Large!!! My fry is medium. So who checks the bags exactly to put the correct items in? Bc whomever that is, needs a talking to about ATTENTION TO DETAIL. And this is the Nich Rd location!! Richmond Rd is solid and always gets it right every single time!

This is genuinely one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. My order has been UNCOOKED and RAW twice. PLEASE take your time and find another one in Lex if you can. The customer service is horrid and they will take forever to take your order and when they do they will be interrupting you the whole time and make sure the order takes forever. Then after that you are lucky to have your food be correct or even fully-cooked. i’ve had my order messed up multiple times, and just recently I have had my burger pink throughout the inside twice, there’s a picture of one of my QP’s attached. Avoid this specific restaurant at all costs, trust me it’s not worth it, I’m sure they pay their way through health inspections.

This location is always so incredibly slow, I sat in line for 45 minutes one time because I had already ordered. I think these pictures speak for themselves. I reached out to McDonalds and all I got was a “we’ll let them know, if you want us to remake it come back!” a week later. That’s definitely not grease/oil!

First off a picture is worth a thousand words ….I know this is not a corporate job however we should always dress to impress I don’t think an oversized hair bonnet qualifies as such. Just a mess!
The staff here always watches you come in the door and do not greet you until 5 minutes later. They aren’t professional. Nor friendly. Not courteous. The drink machines CONSTANTLY need changing. No carbonation whatsoever. Food is cold and mediocre at best ….the only reason why I continue to go to this location is because it’s close to my job. The franchise manager needs to clean the slate with this staff and start all over. . . . Smdh!

This is a great McDonalds. I come here often since the McDonalds next to my house is a disaster. This location is almost always on point. They are friendly and work with a sense of urgency. The employees actually take their time to try and make the food with care.
