Love this store, we come here 1-2 times a week. But we can tell when the old manager is in store, great food, and maribel too, and when the workers are by themselves, the bean burritos and the cheesy roll ups look they parked a car on them….criminally anemic, flat tho .

Worst Taco Bell around, consistently long wait times, they make you wait in the drive thru until they finish talking to their friends and complete their order before they even take yours. Also closes their lobby before 11pm so you have to use the drive thru and wait in a long line. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different one, you’ll get your food faster even if it’s a longer drive.

I purchased the Cheesy Street Chalupa Box with a Baja Blast beverage for $11.99. It was exceptionally delectable . I used the drive-thru service. The drive-thru was slightly narrow and congested, but it was fine. The customer service was excellent, and my food was prepared promptly and efficiently. When I arrived home, my food was still warm. I certainly recommend visiting this establishment.

This location has never failed me. I almost always use drive through so I don’t know a lot about walk in service. The food is always hot, fast and as expected (not missing forks, napkins, etc). The servers have all been friendly and courteous with very little turnover (at least in the mornings). I recommend this place.

Ordered the new Chicken Caliente Nacho Fries and the caliente sauce had a little kick to it. At first, it had a powerful limon (citrus) flavor but after a couple bites it wasn’t as powerful. Felt like it needed something else (rice or lettuce) to soak up some of the sauces. Chicken was definitely slow roasted and almost melted in your mouth. Overall, it was tasty and worth the price.

I did not get my full order and ordered no tomatoes and got tomatoes on everything including my borito that does not come with them. Also the hot sauces need put back out to get the correct ones you want not whatever is put in your order.

This is the worst Taco Bell in Hillsboro every time I come here something is wrong with my order and staff is always rude for no reason, The people taking orders in the front and the ones working in the back come across as disrespectful I try to avoid this location because the service is consistently bad at this point management either needs to hire better staff or shut this place down
