We dined at IHOP in North Myrtle Beach today and I must say we were impressed. Our server Zoey was great. Very friendly and attentive.
But what impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the establishment. Not one employee idle. If they weren’t waiting on a table they were cleaning. So impressed we had Zoey have the manager come to our table so we could let her know how we felt. Service A+, Food A+ and cleanliness A+.

Enjoyed the meal… steak, mash & broccoli! Excellent! Everything was clean and food came out relatively quickly. ZACHARY, our server, was a sweet, intelligent, well spoken and EXTREMELY courteous for a young man of 17. So happy to see someone who is pleased with his job and more than happy to be of service .

I visited for breakfast one late morning. It wasn’t busy at this time. I ordered a combo with eggs and biscuit gravy. The waitress was new and I believe misunderstood me. I asked if toast came wigh it but she wrote i ordered toast with the biscuit. I brought this to her attention and she did ho back and ask if she could take it off. They told her no. Really, over a couple dollars.
I brought this up to hostess who went to manager but the manager never even came over to speak with me. I thought that was poor customer service. Ivwasnt looking specifically for any vompensation just an aclnowlefgment. I had already paid for yhe meal. Food was ok.

Food was alright , I wouldn’t order from DoorDash again to this place . I walked in to pick up my order with my name on my phone , and was told “somebody signed off on my order and there was nothing they could do about it” instead of making it right and remaking my order they told me to contact DoorDash and it wasn’t a mess up on DoorDash it was ihop employees not checking for correct names and having random people sign off on orders! Meal cost me around 64 bucks so I would’ve been pissed to have lost 64 dollars. Unprofessional! I also work in a place of business that deals with DoorDash orders and we don’t allow people to come in and just grab a bag and sign off without making sure it’s correct. Do better !

The service was great! Our waitress was lovely and responsive. There was a wait because of the short staffed kitchen, but it was very much worth it. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious and the chicken tenders were crispy and tender.

Our server was fantastic. She was on her game. Before my son lemon aid was. finished she had a refill coming. I don’t remember her name, but she was the only short Spanish girl with long black hair. Great job.

It’s always a pleasure to stop in and place your order and food is always hot,coffee is great. The waitress Katelyn is a very sweet girl with a smile and always checks back to see if food was alright and refills if needed. Very nice atmosphere
