I am patient guy. But I have come here three times in last few months. Average wait time from ordering on the screen to getting my food is 15 minutes. It is meant to be fast food. Much higher quality is available with much less of a wait. This process is inefficient and the atmosphere is sad as well. We will never come back. Do better.

My best friend and I decided we wanted to go to McDonalds and so we made an online order for this location. When we got our food they forgot our fries. We went through the drive through and asked for our fries. Not only would they not give us the fries after we raised our voice telling them to give us the food we paid for they gave us a smaller size than we paid for. And even after all that they gave us ice cold fries. 1/10 recommend

My son and I went to this newly renovated McDonald’s. We waited for over 20 mins to get through the drive thru. I got a big Mac meal, and my son got a 6 piece happy meal. Shortly after eating my meal, I became sick, and it continued through the next day. Fortunately, my son was fine. I’m officially done with McDonald’s for good. The food made me sick, and the service was terrible. Not to mention the fries were half empty. It’s not just this location, I’ve had issues at many McDonald’s in the surrounding areas with service and quality of food.

Typical McDonald’s. I waited from 4:33pm to 4:53 pm for one cheeseburger and one 6 piece. For 20 mins no employees even acknowledge me. Since I couldn’t get anyone’s attention I drove thru the drive thru to finally talk to someone and get my food. Oh and they only gave me a 4 piece, couldnt even get an order with 2 items correct. My whole 30 Minute lunch break wasted on waiting for 2 items at this place. Horrible customer service and lazy employees. Will not be back.

The employees are always nice whenever I go there, on the middle of the night. The foods good overall. The only thing I can say bad about my experience is that they take a little too long preparing the orders. There hasn’t been more than a single car in line at anytime that I’ve been there. It’s never been shorter than 5 mins to wait to get your food once you get to the second window. If it were busy I could understand. However, it’s never been busy. More like, a ghost town if anything. Lol. A good crew overall. They’re worth the wait.

Went there for lunch to sit & relax. Couldn’t get into the building. Turns out it’s a pickup/takeout only! Who knew? No big sign noting carryout oñly. Windows are blocked with food sign ads so you can’t see the previous dinning area . Very disappointing. So I went next door to IHOP & had a good meal with great service .

I don’t know if they need to hire more staff however this particular location is always slow and it’s not like they had a lot of cars in the drive through this afternoon after 3pm. They didn’t even apologize for the wait. It was business as usual for them. That’s why chic fila will always be better than Mcdonalds especially in regards to their customer service and treatment of customers.
I was at this location Wednesday October 4th at around 9:08pm, there was a wait at the prompter to communicate my order. The rep apologized about the wait, when I drove towards the first window , there were 3 cars in front of me. I wait d another 10 mins before it was my turn at the drive through window and then I saw all these items display on the counter.
You need to do better at this location.

Before ordering, it’s advisable to check reviews. I placed a mobile order around 7:25 PM, and upon receiving the meal, I discovered it was missing 20 chicken nuggets, lacked any sauces, and had the wrong toy for my child. The restaurant was already closed, so I had to queue up again in the drive-through. The staff provided two boxes of 10 chicken nuggets, but by the time we left, it was already 8:10 PM. Upon reaching home, all the food was cold and dry. Additionally, the chicken nuggets we received after waiting were two boxes of 9 each.
Consider going to another place a bit farther away; I order fast food for convenience, and this meal, filled with errors, took our family of four 45 minutes of waiting time.

Waited at least 20 minutes for a mobile order even though I selected “I’m here” as soon as I placed the order and the food came out cold. The staff in the kitchen weren’t even working. They were stood around chatting and never acknowledged us once while I was standing at the counter until I asked about my order. Go to literally any other location.
