Went through the drive though. Could not understand the person on the other end except that they were cash only. Pulled up to the window. No greeting. Got the drinks, no ice at all. Had to ask, and it seemed bothersome to the person. He then asked the manager if there was a charge for ice.

Food took forever but at least was accurate. Fries were not warm.

We are just passing through but I will remember there’s a sonic across the street and a McDonald’s and Chick Fil A close by.

I order fries, no salt. When I tasted salt I confirmed with Wendy’s working that I added salt. Then a women with a nasty attitude stated “ he didn’t put no salt on the fries” then what is all this on my fingers and fries. Lies, lies, lies, the fries don’t lie.

The absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Not only did it take approximately 15 minutes to get my food, it is also completely incorrect. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich with bacon on it … It’s almost as if they just tried to make a burger with the chicken patty instead of just telling me they were out of hamburger meat. Abysmal service, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

If I can give this place no starts, I would. The general manager Melissa Rhett is sooo rude. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location with this lady. She don’t know how to talk to customers as well as employees. On 2/17 she decided to argue with me because she yelled at an employee saying that he didn’t do something when he did. On 2/19 she didnt want to give me my food stating that I didnt pay for my order when the money indeed left my account in which I showed her. She walked away from the window yelling and talking junk and another employee handed me my food. I definitely called corporate to let them know what type of person they have running their business.

Unfriendly. Second time at this place ordered the exact thing both times which included the bacon double stack biggie bag. Both visits I never had bacon on my sandwich and they weren’t out because my husband got the jr bacon cheeseburger and had it on his. Also trying to understand why one worker was working as an employee but in a Burger King shirt..

I just had the best experience ever at the Forest Drive Wendy’s location simply because a young man named Bruce took my drive thru order. Bruce is terrific…great customer service and so kind! He deserves some type of recognition!!!

Horrendous customer service. Just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me before I had to leave without ever making it to the speaker to order. I continue to give this place a shot because I prefer Wendy’s over McDonalds or Sonic, but they need new ownership and management ASAP.

I come here all the time, and the drive-thru service has always been great—until today. When I pulled up, the server didn’t give the usual greeting or let me know I could proceed, and her attitude felt off from the start. At the window, I politely asked for a few condiments, and her response was an eye-roll and an unbothered demeanor. I still thanked her and remained respectful, but the attitude didn’t go unnoticed.

The server’s name was Kiarah. She seemed young—possibly new to the job—and while I understand fast food can be stressful, especially during shift transitions, there were only two cars in the lot and no one in line at 10:37 AM. I’ve worked in fast food myself and know that good customer service goes a long way. This location typically has great staff, which is why this interaction stood out. Kiarah may just need more training, but if this behavior continues, she may not be the best fit for the drive-thru.
Kiarah has brrn here for a time now, my husband went one night and got the coldest reception. WELCOME TO WENDY’S WHAT CAN I GET YOU? WHAT ELSE? WHAT ELSE, WHAT ELSE? Kiarah need to be in the back or more training her attitude sucks..
