Waited for a long time for my food and it was the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Portion size was tiny and quality was terrible – all gristle. I wasn’t even able to chew a bite off. Fries were also served cold.

I had a training nearby for work and had some extra time so I came here for a sit down meal. Almost didn’t come based off some of the reviews, but everything was good. They had my food out within 5 minutes of ordering with a restaurant about full. Freshest tomato and onion I’ve had on a burger in a good while. 5 stars all around.

That was the most disgusting food I ever got from steak ‘n shake. The hamburger was so small that I tore off an inch of the bun from one side that the burger didn’t cover. I added bacon and I couldn’t taste it. The ketchup was one dollop in the center. And the fries were lukewarm at best. The only thing that tasted decent was the Coke zero. I’m glad I don’t live around there because if that was the only steak ‘n shake I had to choose from, I wouldn’t go back.

Super long wait and food was still cold. I payed for cheese sauces but they didn’t put them in the bag. Something told me to check the bag before I drove off. I’ll never go to this location again horrible.

Leo would take a portion of my order, cut me off, then get silent for long periods. It happened multiple times. If it hadn’t been late on a Sunday, while we were in the middle of a huge road trip, we wouldn’t have put up with his bs for 10 minutes.
The food was okay, but not great and for sure not worth the trouble.

Mariah was kind, friendly, hospitable!
The food was all-American satisfying. I had the #8 Butter Burger and fries. The sauté onion were a delicious addition. The fries are fried in beef tallow, so a healthier choice. Highly recommend!

I wanted to say that not only is this establishment very clean and tidy but the staff also has a laid back family vibe which really enlightens the mood! Each time that I went into the establishment I either dealt with Hody or Unique (sorry if I got your name wrong) and not only did they have my food ready in a promptly amount of time but also it was one of the better smash burgers I’ve had in a good minute. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to you if you are looking for somewhere to go in the evening to either go relax while doing some light work. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable time to come. Thank y’all for the amazing Service and the Good vibes.

We waited for several minutes at the microphone to have our order taken in the drive thru. We were the fourth car in line. After ordering two number threes with milkshakes, we waited for over 20 minutes to get to the window. Upon reaching the window we explained that the car in front of us had grown tired of waiting and left, and that we had ordered two frisco melts. The employee exclaimed “You had two frisco melts?” followed by various obscenities, and shut the window without further explaining the situation. Over the next two minutes neither the employee nor his coworker who came over to calm him down and help had even looked in our direction. We left without getting our food.
