This was the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. It was my first time patronizing IHOP. The order was for chicken and waffles, county fried potatoes, 2 battered fish and 5 shrimp with mashed potatoes. Received each breakfast items at different times and the country potatoes were no more than just plain diced potatoes, 4 shrimps and hard chicken. When my partner showed her a picture of how country potatoes should look, her response was as though she was a deer in headlights. After mentioning the shrimp to the waiter Madison, she returned with a refried shrimp, totally different texture from other shrimp and she stated it was cooked to long. I was very displeased with the food and service so I asked for the manager the waitress Madison, stated she was the on-shift manager. Most likely it was due to lack of employees. Madison charged me half price of the bill. I only ate 1 fish and half of the mashed potatoes and don’t understand how my partner was able to eat the hard chicken. It’s not appropriate to serve any patron just any type of food when they’re being charged for their meal. IHop should no longer service patrons, if that’s how they service. Very disappointed but at least my dog enjoyed crunching on the hard chicken tenders!!!

I ordered the pot roast…it was shredded meat and didn’t have a vegetable in sight.
My mashed potatoes were clearly boxed and nuked in a microwave and the side of gravy was spilled in the bottom of the bag.
My hubby’s 2-2-2 wasn’t any better…eggs were like rubber.
Pretty much inedible.
This was for delivery, maybe if we’d dinned in, it would’ve been a better experience.

My waiter Alex was nice. Not extremely attentive, but alright. Our food on the other hand was atrocious! I had a burrito bowl with light hash browns, light scrabbled eggs, sausage bits and cheese. I got dry eggs and dark brown to black hash browns! My mother ordered a chicken omelette, eggs light, which included red sauce in the omelet and hash browns. The omlet came out way overcooked and the chicken was SO DRY, it felt and tasted like two day old chicken. Her hash browns were light. My food was in a bowl, so separating the hash browns, was difficult. I WILL NOT be going there again!!

Idk if they were having a bad day or what.. but manager gave me 50%off of my bill…He said he was new in this location and was trying to figure out what’s going on….everyone deserves a second chance right? I’ll see about that cuz the waiter was rude didn’t say anything when I asked her why all these mess and when I showed her the hair…she just walked away and ignored me literally just saying “ugh”

Carrie is the best thing ever out of Philly besides the cheese steaks! She is so friendly to everyone and treats us like gold. That is why we come back! If i could I’d give this IHop a 10. They were busy, but we knew they would be before we ever left home. They were busy and we were patient. This gave us time to observe the team of servers, bussers and hosts working through a pretty good rush. Our server and busser were Lilliana and Maria. They were amazing, Lilliana did her best to keep up with the very quick seating pace the hosts had to keep up and whenever there was a chance for her to be in the kitchen too long and away from her tables, not to worry because the amazing Maria was right there checking on customers and taking plates, getting to go boxes and bags, she TOTALLY had Lilliana’s back and took incredible care of the customers while t n eir server was running food etc.. It was really awesome to watch the teamwork and focus from these two women. Great job on hiring these two incredible team members IHOP !!!! It’s been a long time since service was good enough to blow my mind but Maria and Lilliana accomplished exactly that today

I have eaten at many restaurants in town and this restaurant was awesome. Our waitress Carrie was amazing she kept us updated on our food and was constantly asking if we needed anything. She interacted with my grandkids and made them feel welcome. I give this ihop a 5 Star rating. If you want good food and great service stop by and see Carrie she will take care of you.
