Great service by friendly employees. Got four sandwiches/burgers, all came out hot and all were tasty.
Got the smashed boy, chicken club sandwich, BLT sandwich, and fish sandwich.
Prices were right. Bread of the bun tasted/felt freshly made. Burgers were not overly greasy.
Have to pay at register, waited 10-15 minutes until someone finally acknowledged us and the couple in front of us. Great way to ruin a fast food experience. Line got to 8 families before someone helped the very large group.

Exceptional wait staff, and food is always hot and fresh… these waitresses care, are kind, always smiling… management is very attentive and on point. We go every Sunday for the buffet, today our server learned we’re getting married Friday and surprised us with a take home gift. She’s always such a joy! I Wish I could remember your name doll, but she is very pretty looks Indian or Spanish heritage with glasses and a lip piercing… girl u rock!

We have been to this location before and had good experiences, but after what happened this last visit, we won’t be able to spend our hard earned money here again. We arrived at about 1:45pm and the restaurant was not very busy. First we were seated at a table that was surrounded by tables with nasty dishes, which okay not a terrible issue but we would have liked to not. We had our drink order taken by the lady who took us to the table which was nice, but then our waitress had to come over to the table and ask again. Took a few minutes to get drinks, and at which point we gave her our order, and specifically said we wanted 2 specials they had listed on the white board as we came in, which read a patty melt w/salad bar for $7.99, she didn’t have a pen to write it down and began frantically looking for a pen, but said ok I got it. As we proceeded to the salad bar we noticed some very old food, with not much left or shriveled up produce. Not very appealing so we got very little off the bar. The waitress brought out our ordered food, which had fries on the plate as well. As we had never ordered this special we didn’t know that fries didn’t come with it. We took a little while to eat with our conversation of how frantically our waitress was running around to the dirty tables, trying to take orders from other customers and really got nothing much accomplished. We never received any refills and the coffee tasted stale. Once we were finished, we sat for a while waiting for the check we had asked for before we finished our meal. We finally decided the waitress was not going to bring it and proceeded to go to the cash register. The man who was at the counter asked for our ticket, when we told him we didn’t receive one and told him what we ordered, he rang up a patty melt meal with salad bar added, and not the special. When we told him again what we had only ordered the special, he got rude with us and said twice you got fries didn’t you, didn’t you get fries? We explained we didn’t know it didn’t come with fries, and he rolled his eyes. We paid and left disheartened about the whole experience. Beware of this location in Winchester, KY.

Stopped by for a late lunch after travelling for hours. We were starving thought we could have a quick bite. The service was very slow. The server was friendly and nice but was not around. Our lunch was awful. We ate most of our mains which weren’t that good but all the sides were beyond gross.The beans and corn was not heated and tasted from an old can. The onion rings didn’t taste cooked/,fried. Our server did not question why all the plates were full on the table just passed the bill. After we left we felt sick. Needless to say we wouldn’t eat here again.

We will most likely not go back. Last couple times we have had food from here it was not good. This time we are inside. Didn’t take long to order our food but we waited over 30 minutes to get our food. Our table filled up with dirty dishes. By the time we got our food it was ice cold. She told us there was only one chef. We ate our food then waited after eating another 15 minutes for the check. We never even got it. Never even seen our waitress so we just went to the counter and waited another 5 minutes to check out. Then we over heard someone say she was on break and that’s why our food came cold. Overall, just a terrible experience for what you would expect out of Frisch’s.
