******This was the most horrific experience of my life as far as wait staff and management was concerned.*****
I had the wait staff treat me like dirt and I said to her then we will go somewhere else and she just looked at me and said “Okay” shaking her head and nodding. The manager did absolutely nothing. Then we were supposed to get a new server no one showed up to our table we sat for 5 minutes in silence and ended up walking out the door. Still waiting for the Director Of Operations to get in touch with me as promised 5 days ago. I have left emails and messages to no avail. I don’t know what’s happened to the Bob Evans that I grew up with but it definitely is paling in comparison from 50 years ago to now. It honestly is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant in my entire life.

Food menu selection is terrible ever since the new company took over. All of the best foods have been removed because someone in another country who doesn’t eat half of the food is calling the shots. However, this location has been a great place to visit for over 20 years, and the staff is always pleasant.

Came in to have dinner we were set down and very rudely was asked to move to another table by waitress. Servers tone was very offsetting and she even went behind the bar and loudly started to complain about our table. Spoke w manager and left. I came back in due to forgetting my phone at table and continued waitress complain about my family. Do better.

Worst Bob’s ever. Just went in to get a few take out breakfast orders. 40 minute water. They said it would be faster if we dined in. So we waited 29 minutes for a table. Mind you i walked in at 11 am. And didn’t get my food in the table until 1226 pm. Now I’m in kidney failure and was hurting so bad I didn’t want to dine in. After 25 minutes of waiting I went to the car. I figured I could suffer easily in my . So my wife stayed in and talked to a few more couples that was so unhappy with the service. And they was all inside praying for me. So the best thing about this uncle Bob’s are the customers. I don’t know who the people was but thank you all for the prayers. My God bless you all. And as far as Bob evans I will pray that you pick up the speed. I think me my wife and the 3 couples that played for me could run the place better thin the employees. And we’re old. Lol. But good luck staying in business.

Ordered from our local store, a simple cup of chedder potato soup and 2 dinner rolls for lunch. The soup…was 90% Uncooked onions! Barely any potatoes at all. I’ve ordered this soup so many times, IT HAS NEVER COME WITH ONIONS, EVER its not even a topping option. So whoever idea it was to add those. Please no, the whole soup just tasted like chedder and Uncooked onions, mostly onion! Sad. I’m feeling under the weather and is my GO TO lunch. Also the rolls are almost 2.00 a piece now, and they are a 1/4 of the size they used to be and definitely weren’t fresh baked. The butter also sadly tasted like it’s been sitting at room temp for way too long. So sad that this cost me 20.00 before the delivery fees!

Wow! Fast and efficient, Friendly service! We ordered our supper at 6:20 pm. Estimated time of pickup was7:04pm. My husband got there early (called and told him he was there) they brought our dinner out by 6:40pm. Awesome right!
The chicken noodles dinner was hearty! It had biscuits, mashed potatoes covered with their amazing chicken noodles! I also ordered a side salad with colonial dressing! Very fresh lettuce, shredded cheese, diced tomato and crunchy croutons! I’ve always adored their colonial dressing (which is why I ordered the salad) super happy I did! My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his sunrise skillet breakfast! He said he was extremely satisfied! They didn’t forget anything and they gave us everything we needed including butter and utensils.
I would highly recommend ordering take out from this Bob Evans! And I’m positive with this fast friendly service we will do it again!

This Bob Evans has one of the most amazing views. Food is always pretty good and there is ample parking. I didn’t place a carryout order ahead of time and regret it. I only ordered green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy and got a pre-packaged dessert. Was stunned it took over 20 minutes. I will say the staff was super friendly but an order that simple took way too long when this was about 4:15 pm, so there were hardly any customers.
