I had given up on KFC until I visited this particular location. I mainly go here on Sundays and it’s always on point. The staff is friendly and the manager is making sure every thing is running smoothly. I appreciate all the staff on today. The young lady at the cash register went out of her way to make sure I had fresh chicken (I’m not sure of her name) I appreciate her for being so kind and considerate. She genuinely was trying to assist all customers in understanding the day’s deals and made sure the order was complete. . Kudos to this location (Goodman Rd) for bringing KFC back up!

Honestly, they deserve 0 stars it smells old in there, it never looks clean… It looks like they only hire kids at night time… I ordered food and paid and was told the cook time for my food was 7 minutes, after I paid for my food…Which was unprofessional from the start. I waited at least 10 minutes went in the restaurant to be told my food was never cooked.. I asked for a refund immediately!!!! CLOSE DOWN PLEASE

I want to bring attention to an experience that I had at the KFC location in Horn Lake, MS. Specifically pertaining to a Ms. Tenesha. Or so my receipt says that’s her name.

From the moment I pulled up to the drive through to place my order, to pulling up to the window to pay, and even being asked to pull forward to wait on my food, I have to admit something felt different.

At first, I wasn’t sure how it was going to go.

We have all had those fast food experiences. The rushed greeting. The flat tone. The sense that you are just another car in a long line. When I was asked to pull forward and wait, I assumed I knew exactly how this story would end.

Cold fries. Long wait. Minimal communication.

Instead, what I experienced was the complete opposite.

Ms. Tenesha, according to the receipt, was pleasant from the very first interaction. Her tone was warm and patient. She did not rush me. She did not sound irritated. She sounded welcoming. Genuinely welcoming.

When I was asked to pull forward, I braced myself for inconvenience. What I received was consideration. She ensured my fries were made fresh. Not reheated. Not scooped from the bottom of a bin. Fresh.

That small decision speaks volumes.

In an industry where speed often overshadows service, Ms. Tenesha delivered both. She made a routine drive through visit feel intentional and valued. That kind of customer service cannot be trained into someone who does not already care.

Employees like her are the reason customers return. They are the face of your brand.

I believe excellence should be acknowledged when it shows up. Ms. Tenesha deserves meaningful recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. I strongly encourage corporate to consider rewarding her in a significant way, even to the extent of a monetary bonus such as $500 for her outstanding service.

It is rare that someone at a drive through leaves a lasting impression.

She did.

And KFC is better because of it.

Wow went by the other day spent well over 40 dollars and got mashed potatoes no gravy, ask for both; original recipe, asked for spicy crispy; cold fries, and cold biscuits. The cole slaw was good tho. Called the store they told me to come back problem was i stay in walls, ms…..will never come back here. Popeyes from now on. Thankyou for the terrible experience.

Literally i will give them 0 stars i won’t ever go back to this KFC the cashier he was very unprofessional at the drive thru window his attitude stinks he doesn’t greet you and his customer service sucks I dont know why they will hire somebody to be at the window with a horrible attitude the way that man / woman was acting i advise nobody to eat here food was nasty and cold.

Service? 0 stars. Went by there last night, was told they were only taking mobile orders, through the speaker, after waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes. (Someone went and blew their horn at them.) so she answers and tells us mobile orders only. Whatever no biggie it’ll take just as long. Tell me why I come up to the window after my order says ready, and she tells me they HAVE NO FOOD?! What do you mean you have no food?! It’s two hours before close and you JUST TOLD ME MOBILE ORDERS. She was the only one there. I do fast food, I know sometimes you’re the only one in there. But this was unacceptable, especially since I ordered and have to wait for a refund when she could’ve just told me she had no food. Which I find hard to believe on a Thursday night.

Had to wait after he told me to pull in the parking spot waited 16 minutes then pulled in front of the building an went in an still waited 5 minutes an he asked me what I wanted an it was the same person that told me to pull in the parking spot then was laughing which i didn’t see nothing funny

Been here about 3-4 times and every time it has been shitty one dude is so lazy it took us 45 minutes to get out food, lazy workers rude atmosphere and rude attitude food takes so long to make and then when we get it its cold or soggy
