The food isn’t bad however service sucked and everything was dirty from start to finish. never got a single plate or cup cleared from the table whole time we were there. Mind you- I literally just stepped out of the building after dinner, and started thinking of my review. I understand sometimes there are off days in the service industry so maybe we will try again- but today was definitely an off day. Please deep clean everything and have your manager start managing !!

All around good restaurant. I usually go here twice a year or so, so It’s been a few months since my last visit but I am eager to return. Can’t remember exactly what I’ve ordered but most of it is really good, I do recall being disappointed by some sort of bread before but the pizza products are always great here. The atmosphere is kind of like if you took a modern sports bar and divided it into booths, a little odd but mostly pleasant. Super clean. Service has always been great, I’ve always found the wait staff incredibly nice here. Side-note, be careful in the parking lot, for some reason I’ve personally witnessed three minor accidents all in the Aubree’s parking lot, it’s a nice big open space but people around here apparently forget how to park or perhaps use their eyes. Anyways, if youve never had Aubrees, stop in, try it. A little on the pricier side, but you can taste the quality

Tried to go here on Friday Mar 27. Arrived at 10:20p. Well aware 40 min till closing. However was met at the door and was rudely told the kitchen was closed. When we tried to ask why I made a comment about closing before the posted hours and the hostess just said the kitchen was closed. No apologies, just rudely said kitchen was closed and proceeded to walk away. Not a very good experience going somewhere for the first time.
I work in customer service myself and it was handled very unprofessionally. If planning on going here, make sure your there at least an hour or more before closing.

My first time dining here was in 2017, it was a great experience. I’ve been back several times since then to always have a great experience. It’s definitely a place you don’t want to miss when you’re in town. Pizza is always always great, but the other dishes are awesome also. Did I mention I like these place. Bring your family and children. I came with my grandsons, they love pizza. Great atmosphere great service.

All of our food was amazing! We have done take out more than a dozen times and tonight was our first night actually dining in!! We’ve never had the fries, but the house seasoning is delicious!!! We will be back soon!! service was also 10 out of 10! Keep up the great work!

We needed a place for dinner after our wedding rehearsal and I had called to make reservations but they don’t take reservations but they did set aside a big table for us. Very nice staff. The atmosphere is really nice. The food was excellent, everyone really liked their food. The service was hit or miss. I know that they put a gratuity on a big table but you should still get good service. I had to ask the girl 3-4 times to come to the table so we could order, get drinks, etc. it was annoying. I would still recommend trying this place out, the food was delicious.

I joined the extended family there for lunch on Saturday. Food was great. The wait staff, all very, very nice and accommodating. There were about 20 or so of us, but no one got loud or angry. It went very smoothly.

My family and I visited your restaurant on Wednesday and arrived at approximately 9:05 p.m. Upon arrival, the hostess asked for our party size and immediately informed us that the restaurant closes at 9:30 p.m. She then left the host stand, presumably to determine where we would be seated. We waited at the front for about five minutes, but no one returned to assist us, so we seated ourselves.
After we were seated, a staff member came to our table and informed us that the section was closed and needed to be cleaned. Another table was then wiped down in what we were told was an “open” section, and we were asked to move. During this transition, we were again reminded that the restaurant closes at 9:30 p.m.
I explained that the restaurant’s website lists the closing time as 10:00 p.m., and my husband added that there was no signage posted indicating a 9:30 p.m. closing. The staff member then told us that the website is incorrect and that the restaurant has been closing at 9:30 p.m. since COVID.
This was confusing and frustrating, as our family has dined at your restaurant many times on Wednesday evenings at 9:00 p.m. and remained until the 10:00 p.m. closing time. If the restaurant does in fact close at 9:30 p.m., this information should be clearly posted in the restaurant and accurately reflected on the website to avoid misunderstandings and inconvenience for guests. Our server was very accommodating though.
We value your establishment and hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve communication and the overall customer experience.
