It’s like a fast food restaurant but the atmosphere is really nice and calm. The table and chairs are clean. Looks like they do online orders for pick up. The workers are really friendly. I got asked twice if they can open my jarrito bottle for me as I’m taking my food to go. The chicken seemed a little dry but I still enjoyed my order. Will order chips and dip next time.

My husband and I visited Tacos 4 Life right before Christmas 2023! We are frequent customers of this local franchise. I ordered a Half Southwest Bowl (with Tofu) and my husband ordered a combo with a Half Southwest Bowl (no protein) and a Korean BBQ Steak Taco. The food was delicious as always! The staff was friendly and professional. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere and their choice of music. The restaurant was clean and I loved their decorations!!

I ordered through the app for drive thru pickup. The app is atrocious, as always. My pick up time was 12:10. I arrived at 12:11 and I still did not receive my order until nearly 12:20! This restaurant is NEVER busy. And I mean never. Yet it’s always a minimum of a 10-15 wait. Even when you are the only one there. And on top of all this, first bite into my taco, I get this weird plastic string! What if this ended up in a kids meal?! So incredibly dangerous. This place is such a joke. Overpriced for what you get. Someone really needs to step in before this place gets shut down.

Went to Tacos 4 Life today in Fort Smith. Ordered a two taco combo and chips/salsa. The carnita taco was fatty and had zero flavor. The firecracker shrimp taco was good. Salsa was watery and the chips were over seasoned. $20 for lunch is pretty crazy.

Ordered Steak SW Bowl – steak tasted odd and was warm (not hot) when delivered. Halfway through I realized it wasn’t cooked thoroughly.

The flavor is outstanding! The chorizo taco was fairly spicy, enough to get the sinuses flowing. I ordered it because the Coco movie mentioned choking on chorizo. I also had the carnita taco which had a slightly sweet taste to it. I had the two taco meal which was plenty. It came with a cup of rice that was fluffy and moist. Good flavor as well. I really like the modern but festive decor. Good experience. Looking forward to eating here again.
And I did. So the this time I tried the tofu taco, which was also good. The chips and salsa were good too. My wife ordered the chicken bacon ranch, which was excellent. It was a lot like a club sandwich in a fried flour tortilla shell. The mango taco has a unique flavor I’ve never had in a taco before. I like it! Service was great! Thanks again Tacos 4 Life.
10/23/2020 Update: Evan made this a great experience tonight. Took the time to learn all three of our names during ordering and made recommendations. Was the first to tell us about a Tacos 4 Life app that will give us a free taco for signing up. Score! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and he went the extra mile and surprised us with some dessert bonuses. Enough about Evan though. On to the food. Tried the mango habanero taco, which was excellent. Not burn your face off spicy, but just the right amount of kick. My daughter had the Korean and the fajita chicken tacos. Both were really good. The creamy corn as a side was great too. Would recommend the corn over the rice as a side. I haven’t had anything I do not like. Looking forward to more Tacos 4 Life!
7/23/2021 Update: New Favorite is the Southwest Rice Bowl. So much food with such good flavor. Enough for two people, but if you want to feel absolutely stuffed afterward, have at it. While I was really impressed with the Southwest Rice Bowl the Chicken and Cheese Rice Bowl didn’t seem like it lived up to the Tacos for Life standard. If you’re going for very simple, this may be your thing though. ♂️
11/27/2021 Update: Chicken Tortilla Soup was a unique spin on tortilla soup. It tasted like rotisserie chicken soup. Not a particularly Mexican flavored soup, but unique and good nonetheless.

After being pulled forward in the drive thru, I was brought someone else’s order and had to get out of my car and go inside to get the correct order. Once I had the correct order, my tacos looked to were absolutely thrown together. There was more sauce on the outside of my taco than inside. It just seemed like my tacos were very haphazardly thrown together. I couldn’t even remove them from their bags because they were so covered in sauce. These were honestly so messy I didn’t even eat them. Overall not a good experience, I won’t be returning.
