Really wanted to like this place. Food and smoothies are great. I guess it’s no secret that this is the new reality of horrific customer experience is the new normal. However, when I think of how much it costs to get a customer through the door only to drive them away with unwelcoming attitudes is still hard to process.

I order through the drive-thru frequently throughout the week. Great pricing for tasty healthy smoothies and food that fills you up. I’m a stickler for good customer service, and this staff has been polite, pleasant/friendly, patient and timely – I’ve never waited longer than a minute or two for an order.
I’m Nigerian and love that there are so many tropical fruit options to choose from, and that the taste isn’t watered down. This is also the first place I’ve had a smoothie with banana in it where the banana didn’t overpower every other flavor.
I’ve only ever used the drive-thru and never actually been inside.

Pretty good smoothies and açai bowl. We’ve had online order issues in the past but when we came in person to order everything worked great so take that for what it’s worth. We usually just come when there are deals which happen pretty frequently and are awesome

Food was really good the acai bowl was so refreshing the atmosphere was not at all bad until you see how some of these younger generation is Kam and Mario seemed very upset when I interfered with they’re tiktok content
Crazy what an attitude you can get when all you asked for was a straw, even got called an old hag for the first time ever in my mid 20s. Anyways I’ll be visiting a different location from now on.

Smoothies are always good. I tried a new dragon fruit smoothie that was amazing.

It was clean and service was fast, but staff can be a little more personable. I must say they worked well together!

Tried the watermelon mojito smoothie today, enjoyable and very refreshing! I also have had the açaí bowl a few times and it’s good though sometimes the açaí base is frozen which I don’t love.
Occasionally we’ve had mess ups on online orders but ordering in person has been easy and good customer service in the past. It is a bit expensive but feels similarly priced compared to other places like this.

This is the sickest smoothie ever. It’s the color of spoiled pea green soup. No that would be prettier. Never again. Almost 10.00 for a cup of brown ice shil! Really terrible service. No people in there and they refused to take my one order for 7 minutes! Screw this. In the garbage. I’d rather be freaking hungry. It has no flavor. This is sunrise sunset mango smoothie with 2 leafs of spinace for a whole 75 cents extra. Screw that! This cup of ice was more than 10.00! This drink is the flavor of ice. There is no juice taste. It’s so bad I can’t believe it. I’m so mad I bought it. Total waste. It’s why I make them at home. This is messed up.

service is terrible. smoothies were brought quickly but the straw were thrown on the table. no cutlery was offered. the sandwich was brought not wrapped properly. cashier is not trained. not friendly. there were only bad emotions from visiting the institution. if you don’t need stress and bad service don’t recommend.

I can’t tell you how long it’s been since I’ve had food this good . . I don’t know if it’s the people working there or what, but I got literal goosebumps when I ate there.. Food was absolutely amazing, the good vibes energy in that fresh fruit bowl was surreal. Kudos to whomever created this business.
