Got a small amount of chicken on my chicken teriyaki. I felt like I had just gone to you know who, cant say the name here but we all know who I’m talking about, and that’s where I felt like I was eating from. The manager guy is the one who made it. Guess he was trying to save the store money. But it was not a good pen station sandwich for that reason. Tastes fine just missing chicken.

This location may be ONE of worst locations in the city! I give this store a chance every now and then, same outcome! Dirty grill / cooking area, Cashier can’t hear messing up your order, (like other customers stated the amount of meat you receive seems like you’re getting ripped off)

Really disappointed, been coming here for more than half my life. Went in to pick up an order I placed through DoorDash tonight – was treated terribly because I had the nerve to ask for my food and treated like I was trying to steal because I placed an order through DoorDash (like I was a driver or something). Guess I’ll be taking a break from eating here for a while, dude was too rude for me. Just wanted my food which was sitting there ready.

Their service when ordering from Uber Eats is terrible. Its usually slow, and something is almost always missing from the order. You can’t call them because they don’t answer their phone.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The manager, Jake, goes above and beyond to make sure the restaurant is clean, food is cooked properly and efficiently. You can tell the team works together smoothly under Jake’s leadership. It’s clear they genuinely care about the quality of the food and the friendly, customer experience. We placed an online pickup order and when we arrived home our sandwhich was missing all the meat and cheese. It was just condiments on bread. When calling the store they were not very friendly about it. My husband had to drive back up to the store to get a new one and absolutely nothing was done or offered to make up for it. It was 45 minutes of our night taken when tired and hungry after work to fix this with no apology from the staff even. It was a huge bummer and disappointment. :/ Regretful

Just finished my meal looking at this nice city view and realized, it was a good meal. I felt bad for coming 20 minutes before close but then someone came in 5 minutes before. Even with the short drive to the park it was still warm in every bite. Food came out efficiently. Good attitude and asked me how much ice in my lemonade which I appreciate.
