So I will say that this has been a very interesting experience. As a black man I try my best not to be one of those people who always says they were being racist. I didn’t feel that type of energy but I definitely felt like they didn’t want me there.
So first it took a while for anybody to say anything to me. Once I sat down then when I sat down I asked my waitress to make sure that they cook the burgers well done. She immediately dismissed me with a smile and says they’re Smashburger so you have nothing to worry about but that’s not what I asked her to do. I don’t like my burgers with so much wetness or oil I like them a little bit dry. So by the smithing what I asked you to do my food came out opposite of what I wanted. In the wings tasted very dry like there were old wings it seems like I had five bold wings and five fresh wings. You can clearly taste the difference in texture. And I said with all my drinks no ice but yet there’s ice in it overall I felt like I was dismissed

I had a solid experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Gaylord. The food came out hot and tasted exactly how you would expect, especially the wings and fries. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was lively without feeling overwhelming. Our server, Katelyn, was friendly, attentive, and did a great job checking in on us throughout the meal. Overall, it is a reliable spot to grab food, watch a game, and spend time with friends. I would definitely come back again.

All I can say is is yum! I had the cauliflower wings with an extra spicy rub and it was so incredibly delicious! The beers were cold and refreshing! We also got this incredible service from a bartender named matt h. He was so friendly and fast. He went above and beyond for sure. It was incredible!

My hubs and I come here weekly. We usually come in and Mat is working and we have a great experience every time!! Good food, great drinks and amazing service!!! Tuesday at 3pm we decided to pop in for some lunch. Damion was working bar and he treated us AWFUL!! He seemed he was irritated by our presence. We asked what flavor hot wings he recommended he told us “im not answering your questions, when I get to you I will” he was not doing anything or busy at all we were the ONLY patrons at the bar. We saw this tiny beer in the beer cooler and asked what is that? He looked at us like a deer in the head lights and got even more rude and said “its a 7oz miller light, what does it look like?!” We decided to cash out immediately and left. Didn’t finish our ONE drink or even order and food and took our bussiness elsewhere!!! We are both bartenders ourselves and this was the worst experience we have ever had!!! Take him off the bar!! We wont be back unless its dinner.

I never been so upset with any type of service. I ordered no pickles on my chicken sandwich mind you I was so mad. I took the pickles off and threw them in the trashcan. That’s why there’s a picture of them in the trashcan. They were on my chicken sandwich Clearly stated no pickles on my sandwich only lettuce. Then for my fiancé’s burger, I said no lettuce, ketchup, pickles, add mayo. Guess what they put on his lettuce and mayo there’s no pickles there’s no ketchup there’s nothing. Yes, I scooped off the lettuce for him because if he eats the lettuce, he gets sick just like when I bite into a pickle I get really sick and I start shaking for some reason but I believe it’s due to my autism. That’s why pickles give me more of an ick. anyway, same with fries there is no cheese on our fries whatsoever and they are very soggy. This has to be the most disgusting display of food I ever seen. now I never once complained about an order that o had delivered. But Am I going to eat my chicken sandwich or course because other people cannot have food or do not have food. But it’s the principle of the matter that people order certain things the way they order them cause it could be due to allergies or like me sensitivity issues with autism.
So Buffalo wild wings today you pissed me off. you also forgot my drink which I was OK with because we make mistakes but you knowing you messed up my whole order after checking Everything really pisses me off.
and you guys are the only people I’ve ordered from to deliver food to me that messed up my order and no I do not have a car only my fiancé has a car and he’s at work so yes that’s why I had my food delivered to me. Congratulations on that.

Our waitress was great, very attentive, always keeping our drinks filled. Our appetizer, stuffed tater tots, was amazing, but thats it, our main meals weren’t that great. Pay extra to make a sandwich a delux and the cheese looked like it was a Kraft cheese out of the individual packaging. My wrap wasnt great either. I hadn’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years and it diffenately isn’t what I remember. Sorry, wasnt worth our money spent.

So apparently you cant have a high chair for a 2yr old if you wan to sit at a booth. That is a bunch of b.s. and instead of offering a booster we had to spasificly as for a booster. My buisness will be very limited with the spastic establishment from now on. It is hard to sit in the regular chairs do to my wife’s back issues and the very pregnant lady with us.

The food is decent and fits the bill, but I have yet to EVER get a delivery from this shop that has all of the items I ordered. Today we were missing potato wedges with an up charge for cheese.
In person service is just fine, but your mileage may vary with the quality of any delivery order, no matter how simple.

We ate at 11:30 because lunch special was Mon –fri and I had the street tacos and my daughter had the American burger. The waitress was quick and very kind. The kitchen got our food out like snip snap. Everything was GREAT
