Long wait. Order was incorrect. They seemed very disgruntled that I asked for a refund due to their not having the food I ordered. No straws no napkins again very disgruntled at the polite request for what is needed. Don’t waste your time. I was in a hurry and this cost me being on time somewhere important. Burger was gross and he never returned with napkins. Threw my stuff at me and walked off. Do better.

Food was ok, three simply because the tray my food came on was dirty and the restroom was disgusting and in serious need of a deep cleaning, if you can not get a employee to clean your restrooms properly hire a professional cleaning crew! My two cents

Waited 20 minutes for our food. Other customers got off from their vehicles to get down and request for their food. They also were waiting 15-20 minutes for their food. The place was dirty by the refreshments. I feel this place needs more workers to assist for the rush hours.

Long story short. I was having an extremely bad day. My family and I pulled into McDonald’s to resolve an issue. We got it resolved, and then decided to eat there. I didn’t catch the name of the General Manager, but she took my order. I gave her a 45 second synopsis of my words, and she was just so charming! She was kind, listened to me and shared some of her story.
I was on the verge of tears anyway, and her sympathy made me tear up in the best way.
The food was hot and tasty, but her personal touch was more important to me in that moment!

Driving through town and we stopped in to have lunch. Manager was so pleasant as we’re the employees. Great customer service. Definitely will stop by next time we drive through town.

Waiting time was 40 minutes! Since when is the Mc D’s large French fries not even half filled, no sauce with the nuggets, no ketchup and they gave me a Dr Pepper drink instead of a Diet Coke when I specifically asked her if the drink is correct or not!!

I ordered from kiosk inside and waited 25 minutes for my order. I asked multiple times when my order was coming. Order came out wrong – kitchen obviously wasn’t looking at the order and no quality control was in place. I was so frustrated by the time I got my order, that I left rather than getting my correct order. To cap it all off, we got a cup of tea as we were leaving – turned out to be sweet tea in the labelled unsweetened tea container. 🙁

I was traveling with my family so we were around 30 min back on the road when we noticed that they had messed up our order. So I couldn’t go back to get it fixed. I specifically asked for no onions, since the hamburgers where for my kids and they dislike onions. Even if they take it off the onion flavor is still there. No they weren’t busy at all either cause there was only one car in front of me in the drive thru, so there was no reason to rush through the order and get it wrong. As a traveler I’m very disappointed cause I love McDonald’s.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 happy meals, they told me to park my car and they’d be right out. I waited for 15 minutes and they forgot to dress one of the burgers

It says they open at 5:30 and I was there for 20 minutes and it was 6am when I pulled up! Then I pulled up to the window and The rude cashier looked at me through the window and kept walking with no I’m sorry or give me a few minutes. Y’all need to do better with customer service.
