Manning Restaurant is my favorite restaurant in town. What I particularly enjoy is that they include drinks, dessert and tax in their special prices.
Their breakfasts are filling, prepared to order. Lunch is served as an all you can eat buffet with different selections each day, or you can choose the salad bar by itself.
I love it.
$6 for the salad bar, breads, drink, dessert and tax.
$8 for the full buffet, $10 for the Sunday buffet. Holidays are usually $11 or $12 but they are worth it.
They also cater.

2nd visit to Manning Restaurant. Friendly and reasonable prices, buffet line. Good everyday fare, just not a place you take a date to impress her. I will go again, and I will try other places also, for variety. I liked the friendly staff, they make you feel welcome and that they care about you.

Great food but they should have chocolate cake or pie. Not everyone likes all the other cakes they had the day we went. Rasberry and Red velvet cake. YUCKY!!!! I didn’t even get desert because they had nothing I liked. Only thing that was disappointed about the place.

Wonderful salad bar! Lots of choices, and the $6 price tag includes bread, bottomless iced tea, dessert, and even tax. The only thing not included in the $6 salad bar price is the tip, and I urge everyone to be generous with that.

I look for excuses to drive to manning to eat here. The traditional Meat & 3. Lunch buffet is great if your going for real country cooking. Food is awesome. Booths could be updated(worn out.) Miss y’all already!
