We are huge fans of their pizza, salads and wings. Today I veered from my usual and ordered a reuben sandwich. I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! Mmm…look forward to ordering it again!

We enjoyed our meal here. The service was great and the food was good. Lots of TVs to watch sports.

Arrived and was told it’d be a 20 minute wait and was asked if we’d like the first available seat. We sit down to wait and while waiting a party of 7, a party of 4 and a party of 2 arrive and ask for tables. The party of 2 was promptly escorted to the bar and both parties of 4 or more were seated before us as well. Horrible service! Better training is either needed for the host or sybergs needs a better system for seating people. Either way, won’t be back for the overpriced, average food.

Bland. No flavor. No seasoning.

I don’t like salty food, but flavorless food isn’t what I was looking for. Sybergs sauce is delicious, yes. But you can still season the chicken.

This location has to be the most bland of them all. We all felt this way for each entree. Back in St. Louis the good taste much better.

The service was okay. I asked for extra crispy, but my chicken was hardly cooked. When I asked if they could cook my pieces a bit longer, they did— but only two of the three tenders. I guess because one was cut open. So, I asked for extra crispy, you give me undercooked chicken … and so now I only end up with two? I understand. I can’t eat the piece that was cut up to see that it was under cooked. The fries were mostly old and hard.

Asked about the check/ticket before asking if we wanted desert… which, we did. We did get it though.

All and still the waiter was nice. But, that’s the only positive I have.

Their sauces are very very tasty, the appetizers are a great place to start. But don’t sleep on the pizza or even the later parts of the menu. The surf and turf was a yummy looking meal.

The food didn’t seem as good as it is at the Saint Louis location. The waitress was understandably exhausted from the day but was extremely obvious about trying to get us out. There was over an hour left until close toward the end of our meal but we were repeatedly asked if we wanted to go boxes, almost immediately after we got our meals. I understand being tired and ready to go home. I also understand closing times and how people should be treated at a restaurant.

So I have to come clean, i lived a mile awayfrom the original location in Afton, MO. This place is famous in Missouri for wings in their famous House sauce which is one of the best mustard tangy wing sauces I have ever had. Think Carolina BBQ sauce or Wing Zone’s original wing sauce but not near as mustardy. They like sharks too. Dont understand it but its very cool and the atmosphere Is awesome! This location was equally cool and it had a sports bar theme lots of tvs all sports. Huge bar. Lots of parking. When we went in we were greeted and not given an option to sit anywhere but the high seats by the bar which i am too fat for. The waitress was pretty tired but i know it was getting late and i was cool with how she tookcare of us. We got the wings which were spot on. Crispy perfectly sauced. We also got the Syberg’s chicken wrap and fries which were both excellent the fries were perfect and the Sybergs wrap was with fried chicken in their sauce with your srandard cold vegetables and cheese. It was really really good. We also had blue electric drink that had blue curcaco tito’s vodka and sprite and it tasted like a nice long island. She had two. There was also a live singer which was not a negative. He was really playing well and it was a mix of soft rock and he was not playing too loud. All in all we enjoyed everything and would recommend you giving it a try!

Felt extremely rushed. Got our drinks, food and check all within 20 minutes. I understand its a busy place but maybe let people taste their meals before ya push them out the door.

Our monthly guy & gal get together was at Sybergs and more people arrived than expected. YEP, we always ask that everyone RSVP so we can make reservations. Anyway the staff was great and managed to get everyone seated at two tables for lunch and everyone seemed to enjoy one another company & we must’ve all enjoyed meals, I did, cuz there were no complaints. Too many orders to say who ordered what. We were all seated comfortably, Even late arrival. These were former Classmates & we didn’t all go to same University but we stay in touch. Our Waiter was Charming with an A+ Customer Service attitude, as was the Hostess who seated us. There are alcoholic beverages available & TVs with sports programming all over the place. Great place to dine, plus it’s spacious whether it’s a group or individuals stopping by for sports updates & a drink or just a Coke and a Smile They are an Amiable Group. Even as we were leaving we were asked how was the service.

Up date, we went back for a second try and ordered sandwiches. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich, and I ordered the Cajun chicken Philly sandwich. The two sandwiches were $13 a piece, and with drinks, our bill, with the tip, was over $45. It was a little too expensive for me, we will not be going back. I gave the food three stars simply because of the price.
The menus below are old. The prices have gone up. If these reviews are helpful, please give me a thumbs up.

My wife and I took a day trip to Fairview Heights to do some shopping, and we stopped by O’Fallon at Syberg’s to eat some lunch. Having never been there we didn’t know what to expect. The place is a little old but it’s not bad old, it has some character; we enjoyed it very much. My wife ordered a Chipotle chicken sandwich that had bacon and cheese. She enjoyed that quite a bit. I ordered a Cajun Shrimp dinner. I loved it. It was shrimp in pasta with Alfredo sauce, which was spiced up with cajun spices. It was very good. I enjoyed it immensely. The side salads were just absolutely outstanding. We have never had a better side salad anywhere; it was fresh, crisp, and cool. The dressing was great, good little salad. The waiter was very attentive and helpful and answered questions. As much as I want to give them 5 stars, it’s just really hard to get 5 stars from me.
