Well, now I’m back over here a couple of months later trying to eat at the same Popeyes and they’re closed. They’re not even open today. I just waited and waited. Waited to get here to the store cause they still have Cajun rice but now they’re not even open and now I’m hungry still , I may just quit trying
Another store in the Popeyes chain they can’t seem to keep food in stock. They are out of wings and won’t have any in until Monday. They say so I didn’t get any food drove all the way over here from Birmingham because they have the Cajun rice at the store in Birmingham does not so guess I will have to find another place to eat lunch today so sad. Hope they get the idea to get quality and care back up.

Food was on point! Staff all seemed busy , super slow service and out of Items.
Manners at the counter would be a plus. Dinning area absolutely a mess. Had to clean a table to use it, trash over flowing, floor in cooking area that could be seen from the counter a mess.
After reading the reviews If you are the manager of this store I would be embarrassed. All employees seemed to be doing their best to get the food out.

Just absolutely terrible service. Please do not come here under any circumstances. Me and my girlfriend had gotten an online pick up order and go through the drive thru to get it. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for food just to receive a drink after all that time. The people were so bad at communicating anything. It seemed like if they spoke words to us they would disintegrate! We sat for another 20 minutes sitting infront of the building after being told to pull around and a woman approached us without saying a word standing outside my window like Michael Myers. She handed us food that was the wrong order and took it back without saying a word. Another10 minutes go by and I finally go inside and catch someone’s attention. By the way, the staff had no care in the world for how long people were waiting. I finally get someone’s attention and she tells me that she doesn’t have anymore chicken sandwiches and that I would have to replace it. I said ok sure got something else and watched her make my order. It took a minimum of 3 minutes to get my order ready yet I sat out for an hour. By the way, terrible sanitation, the woman handling my food had no gloves or hairnet, water all over the floor in the kitchen, people not in uniform. Please people never come to this popeyes, I promise you, you’d rather starve.

They were rude interrupting while I was ordering, and out of the first three things we ordered. Working in the restaurant industry I understand that happens but they didn’t offer another option . We weren’t offered a receipt and before we could ask the drive through working slid the window closed and was gone. I love Popeyes but this was the worst experience I’ve had with them.

Had an uber driver eats order and they were out of something i ordered but they then refused to substitute it for anything or give me any money back. Actually hung up the phone on me I didn’t Yell I wasn’t upset I got passed off to the manager who then hung up on me. Not only did I not get everything I paid for I didn’t get a drink, my sauces, or the thing they refused to substitute!

It would be really nice to come to a restaurant and be served in an appropriate manner. Instead I have to wait 20 minutes and listen to the workers argue and talk about Alabama football when they should just be frying chicken and handing out orders. Apparently multitasking is not one of their strong suits. This seems to be a regular occurrence as I often doordash here and consistently spend this amount of time. But there are different talking points they have not just Alabama football.
