They were fantastic. My favorite is the Jalapeño cheddar bites. I told him my last time at a different restaurant they were cold and hard. He made sure to fix them fresh, then brought them out to me. It was 10 degrees.

The cashier their was super nice and friendly. Upsaled coupons that help children around the world. Also the food was done in under 5 minutes and was super delicious. All in all I recommend Burger King for a fulfilling meal fitting of a king. Mauahhaha!

This Burger King actually acts like it cares about it’s customers. Always get hot food, you order is usually right, and if something happens on the rare occasion they are happy to fix it. Won’t go to another Burger King. But the Radcliff location has it going right.

I was handed my childrens’ food in bags that looked as though they had been balled up before use. I was so shocked I had to ask the man at the window why they looked like that. He said “it’s because they roll them up”. These bags do not look rolled nor folded. Not to mention they had preexisting fold creases. Which is strange because they were not handed to me folded. When I looked inside the window I saw brand new kid meal bags under the counter. You legit gave my children used bags. That’s just crazy!

1/19/2026 I went after work and purchased a whooper, service was quick but burger was legit just thrown together, I had legit a half tomato in the burger
An hour later while I am at home I feel nauseous and start vomiting, around 1am that night I head to the ER as my vomiting and Nausea doesn’t go away, they told me I have food poising and sent me home
Today is the 3rd day of me having diarrhea and vomiting 0/10 they should close this place down it’s a hazard

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Took forever in line to even get to order, then it took another literal 5 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me. Then I spent 10 minutes… yes 10 minutes waiting for my food only to be told they still had to drop the onion rings, I was asked to pull around front with another person waiting for their food. After another 10 minutes with no food, I went inside to see what was going on. It was lunch and only 3 people working and a lobby full of people waiting! After 7 more minutes, the only person up front throws my food in a bag and the other person still waiting outside. She hands me mine and walks out……doesn’t even include my drink! I wasn’t about to go back for one so I stopped at KFC to pay for another drink! I spent $11 and some change for the terrible service and bad food. I’ll never visit that one again and I’ll bet you there were people in there with the same thought!
