We had a good experience for our first time and enjoyed being able to pick our own toppings and sauces. Overall fairly clean environment and quick service. The staff were friendly but quiet. I’m addition to the indoor seating, they have a small patio seating area. Fries are comparable to Five Guys. The burgers are a solid, no-fuss burger.

First time here and the last at this location. Originally ordered a Bucket list that was listed as $10.99. When the cashier rung it up it showed $16.00 with additional $2.50 for 1/2. Cashier couldn’t explain. Ended up going with the 4 tender meal. Tenders might as well been nuggets. Coleslaw tasted sour. Couldn’t tell the difference between the unsweet and sweet tea because so little sugar used. Only plus was the cleanliness.

My new favorite burger spot. You order your item like a bacon cheese burger and then you go and top it with what you want- veggies, sauces and such.
And they have different salts for your fries, which had a great crisp and flavor!
We will definitely be back, $11.99 for a filling meal. Can’t wait to try their chicken and icecream!

Burgers are good patties are a little thin they have a topping bar for you to add what toppings you’d like. Fries were good just could’ve used a few more of them. Overall everything was good. Service was super fast. They have a few different teas. They also have an array of different seasonings to add to fries or burgers.

Today my husband and I decided to try something we have never had before and Cheeseburger Bobby’s did not disappoint. It was fresh and the toppings bar is a very innovative new idea. They have a variety of sauces to put on your burger. The Bobby house sauce is the best to me. We were able to get 2 combos and drinks all for $22. I’m looking forward to next time and trying the custard.

Cheeseburger Bobby’s reminds me of a smaller version of Fuddruckers. Here you will have to dress your own burger or dog with the fresh condiments bar!
I do not recommend take-out unless you have a way to keep your food warm. Augusta traffic makes it hard to get home and have your take-out still warm. I recommend to visit as a dine-in guest.
This location has a very clean restaurant and a modern new vibe!
As for the food, the Mac and Cheese was lackluster and bland. The burgers were standard and typical. The hot dog was an all-beef dog and was good. Plus the dog had a good snap to its bite!

First things first, would recommend, so if you like burgers and shakes (or in this case custard), come here. They have a few of these in Atlanta, and we finally got one in Augusta. The quality of the meat on the burgers is great, and the idea is you can basically top your burger and fries with whatever you like. They also have about 6 custard options (we tried Oreo), and it tastes great and is mixed well. They gave about 10 different types of seasoning for your fries too and all sorts of toppings, even stuff for hot dogs.
The place was kind of crowded when we went, and despite the architecture being relatively nice, the place was a little dirty in spots thanks to the amount of people there. Generally speaking, the quality of the fountain drinks were not that great. They should have had a freestyle machine, but it’s a standard Coke fountain. Also, the price of the burger was also pretty high compared to other burger places, but the quality of the meat was good and you could tell it had never been frozen.
If you can manage to come during a not so busy time, I’m sure the service will be much better,but despite the busy-ness of everything, the place was great and I would come back again.

Had a great experience here. Very friendly staff. The restaurant was clean. There are tons of different types of burgers to choose from as your base. Then you got to put as many toppings as you want on your burger. The subway of burgers. LoL They also had a kids menu for children. Will definitely be back for more.

This place is amazing! Yes the food is unhealthy but if you are looking for a business lunch place this is fantastic. Really really good portions, you can put on your own toppings, many different burgers to choose from, great value. 8 different sauces, their honey mustard is as good as McDonald’s. They also have an assortment of fry seasonings. The person working the counter was very polite.

Was in the mood for a good burger and my daughter recommended we try this place out. A lot of burgers to choose from…. The only issue I had was there were no combos, you have to buy everything separate except one, a cheeseburger meal.
I went with the mushroom Swiss burger…it was good…they have all the sauces you can think of on top of toppings, however, they need to add aioli and it would make it TOP NOTCH! The burger was cooked perfectly, I just wish they had a sauce I could’ve added to bring the burger to another level. My daughter had the bacon cheeseburger and she LOVED it! The bacon was perfectly crisped…the burger perfectly cooked…she put the toppings she loved and made it her own so she was very pleased. I will say I will patronize this location again, but once in a blue moon to spoil ourselves.
