I have previously read negative reviews about the quality of this Popeyes. I have found that not to apply at this time. The Food presentation was spot on, fresh and hot. I used the coupon for the two pieces of chicken meal free after you do the survey. The associate took the coupon even though it was from a different store. She informed me she will accept this time but I would have to do the survey from their store. The store is always clean and the associates are pleasantly kind and receptive to feedback.

My experience at this restaurant was excellent from start to finish. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and flavorful. The service was outstanding: the staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The place was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely return and highly recommend it for the quality of the food and the excellent service.

They do a great job cooking and preparing thier food. Not every popeyes is the same. Some are trash. A good staff and good cooks are needed to make the food taste the way its supposed to taste. I’ve been to some good and bad locations but this one is perfect every time

I do online/app pick up always and the customer service is trash. They’re rude always (especially this Hispanic dude), food is not ready and would wait for 15 minutes without any remorse or apology and/or an item is missing from the family order. Learn the basic customer service skill above all. It’ll fix everything.

The manager at this store and the employees I meet on my visit were rude and not friendly at all… I ordered a 2 piece chicken and asked for a Barbucue sauce and they told me a extra charge of $1.00 so i told them to cancel that order and I got a 3 piece tender with fries and asked for 2 barbecue sauce and they told me the same thing , a extra charge of $2.00 for the sauce. Then she Manager showed me a note on the wall about sauces, if Popeyes charges for any sauce they should have this shown on the big board so all sees this

Only been here 2-3 times after a long day at work, every time items are missing/order is wrong. Only once was the window person polite. Not worth the money or time. I rather drive 20 minutes farther to a better location.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I understand why it has the ratings that it has. I waited for fresh chicken for over 15 minutes and when I received my food it was not fresh at all not only that some of the items were forgotten. If I could get this location zero Stars I would I would say avoid the store at all cost the food is never fresh and it’s never good I will never return to this location.

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at this Popeyes location. I ordered chicken last night, and the taste was completely off almost like it had been marinated in dirty or contaminated water. After taking just one bite, I immediately felt nauseous and later began throwing up repeatedly.
When I tried to return the food and explain what happened, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, making the situation even more frustrating. What’s even more concerning is that when I pulled up to the restaurant, I saw several rats running around the building clear signs of a serious infestation issue.
This is a major food safety concern and completely unacceptable for a restaurant that serves the public. I strongly urge Popeyes corporate and local health inspectors to investigate this location immediately. No customer should have to experience this kind of negligence.

Beware of this location… Make sure to check your bag if you order food from the drive through or online as they forget items for your order. I was missing 6 chicken strips from my combo order and didn’t check before I got home. I was offered a measley $3.50 for the mistake.

Everything was fresh and delicious! The frozen lemonade drink was bitter but other then that it was very good. They are pretty quick at this location as well. Definitely recommend.
