Ordered online . Diddnt get my double meat on any of the subs. So right off got ripped for at least $8. I had to show them the receipt to get my churro or cookies.
Fast food seems to be a waste of money. Its never right and when it is right its almost $50 for a couple subs

The place appears clean and the staff are friendly. But I got a foot long ham and cheese sub, untoasted, and the loaf they made it on was all dried and cracked out on the top. When I tried to eat it at home, the top layer all fell off. The rest of the loaf was fine but I don’t understand why you would serve someone a sub loaf like that. Also don’t think anyone deserves a tip just for taking a few minutes to make a sandwich. It’s not like they are waiting tables. Wait staff always deserves a good tip.

First off, there is a serious language barrier with the current staff. This wouldn’t be a problem in most other places, but a big part of the job is being able to understand the customer and communicate with them to get the order correct. It seems like they get easily frustrated with customers who are, for the most part, trying to politey explain how they want their sandwich made. I tried multiple times on all the sandwiches I ordered to explain what it wanted, and it was usually met with a blank stare. I specifically asked for the mustard to be spread on the bread and not on the meat/cheese because I don’t like having a pool of sauce in the middle of my sandwich with dry bread and meat around it. The guy behind the counter acknowledged my request, grabbed the mustard, and squirted it on the meat anyway. When I reiterated that I wanted it on the bread, he put more on the bread. I told him that was way too much mustard, but he just rolled his eyes and covered it with lettuce. At that point, it was easier for me to pay and fix it at home. On top of all those issues, the food really isn’t great, and the prices have gotten ridiculous. All the produce seemed a little off (tomatoes weren’t ripe, the spinach was slimey) and the bread has a stale taste to it. I used to love the chicken bacon ranch sub, but the current chicken options are “grilled chicken” which is flavorless and has the texture of a wet sponge, or “rotisserie chicken” which has a better flavor but is so dry that it feels like eating sawdust. Long story short, they’re asking a lot of money for an ok sandwich, with some not so ok ingredients, that probably won’t be made the way you ask for it.

**Also, be aware that all the locations in this area refuse to accept any subway coupons.**

First off there’s definitely a language barrier. They refuse to take coupons, rude employees, and extremely small store. Feels cramped. I’d rather drive a few more miles to the next subway.

Ordered four sandwiches for the office and every one of them were wrong, likely because the language barrier is too thick and the lady can’t hardly understand anything you’re saying. I said four times that all subs had the same cheese, in the end NONE of them had cheese on them. I still don’t understand how that managed to happen. All the condiments were wrong, as if she couldn’t hear what I said and just put whatever she thought she heard instead. Forgot my receipt at the register, went out to my car and realized all the subs were wrong, went right back inside to get the receipt and she would not give it to me “because it’s already in the trash can” even though no one went in after me and I know it was sitting right on top. But she couldn’t be bothered I guess. Terrible service.

Had ordered some sandwiches to eat one was made very wrong. I went back with sandwich that was messed up, with receipt and was interrogated by the guy who works here. when the mistake was obvious, seemed to not want to acknowledge my existence, when I showed up I felt very discriminated against by the man there, the interrogation process on a messed up order while he dug through my sandwich was very unprofessional. Terrible service terrible atmosphere and terrible management very unprofessional and racist

I only gave 2 stars bc the sandwiches are good. Other than that, not so much. I go there all the time. I’ve used coupons their before. This time I specifically went here bc I had a coupon for buy one get one free footlong out of their ad. I ripped it out instead of using scissors and accidentally ripped it a little down the middle. They said they could not accept it bc of the rip. They proceeded to show me a coupon that had been cut out and said this is the only way they accept em and accused me of pretty much using a used one!? Wth, never in my life. I told them I had just ripped it out of their ad i had and accidentally tore it. They still would not accept it. I don’t know who goes around through the trash just to find a coupon for subway but like really. I eventually told them I probably would not be coming back and left.
