This Burger King branch at NorthBand was quite empty with very few customers. The food was the usual fare, but the portion of French fries was noticeably smaller than what you typically get at other locations, forcing us to place another order for more.
Half of the tables and chairs in the restaurant were blocked off with yellow caution tape for an unknown reason.
The atmosphere felt cramped, gloomy, and the staff seemed bored and unenthusiastic

I tried to place an order via the app but the app malfunctioned and I went inside. The app became unresponsive and I had to shut down – I have tried to restart the app but it will not load.
I tried to do the BKmyexperience survey and the survey would not load. The survey problem appears to be a common issue as there is a Reddit thread about it.
The restaurant was fine and the food was good.

Dining room was freezing. No heat whatsoever. Manager had no excuse except he’s sorry. Onion rings are mushy and not real onion rings but flavoured onion mush in a crispy coating. These sat under a heat lamp for some time. Mushroom Swiss was a disaster as you can see from photo. Mushrooms are premade from a frozen package.

The water in the woman’s restroom is dangerously hot. A child will get burned from this if they are to use it alone. I burnt my left hand thinking I was simply going to wash my hands. You see vapor from the water just a few seconds turned on …

The employees here are just doing the best they can. This location is chronically understaffed and overwhelmed especially on the weekends. Waited 32 minutes in the drive through as the lobby is still closed. Food has always been decent though.

Late night drive through. The guy taking the order seemed extremely annoyed and unfriendly, kept talking over me, big guy with extremely long sparkly colored nails, felt gross as I grabbed my food. Whopper was very dry and slim. This management needs to seriously review their staff’s sanitary standard. Save your $ and just go to McDonald’s across the street.

This was one of the fastest drive-through experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the time I pulled up to place my order to the time I pulled away with it was probably under a minute it’s actually quite impressive. I got the impossible burger which is just as good as I was expecting it to be. This locations also in a really nice place if you decide to sit in your car and eat your lunch or dinner there’s a nice view of the mountains in the snow and blue skies and on the right day so I had a good experience here I’ll come back

Food was soggy. Dude wanted us to pay 31 cents for a dang syrup when we just paid 23 dollars for two breakfast sandwiches that were disgusting and an orange juice. Awful.

Went in today with zero expectations. I was not ready for what maybe was the freshest, juiciest, Texas Whopper I ever had. The fries and onion rings were piping hot and the Sprite was extra carbonated. . Cmon Buger King corporate give these guys a decent building
