I love coming here during sports games as there is about 30 TVs viewable from any seat. The chicken tenders are great and Im a suckered for the giant mountain melt burger! Prices are extremely fair and service has never let me down, even during busy times. Our last server was the nicest and extremely well mannered. Always a fan!

We came in on a busy Friday evening (10/25). The place was packed. We were seated right away and watched as plates were quickly being brought out of the kitchen. Our own food arrived very quick. It was so hot and fresh. I’ve been to other Tully’s locations but have never experienced such quick service with the food still being steaming hot. Our waitress was attentive and kept stopping by to check in on us. We were in and out in under an hour. My husband loved his bacon ranch chicken sandwich and said the macaroni salad was very good. The chicken wing dip and mozzarella sticks are some of our favorite things here.

My family and I stopped for lunch today after some holiday shopping.. our experience was gross, awkward, uncomfortable and honestly we will not be back. We sat by the arcade games which is fine however they should know there’s a draft making that entire section pretty cold. My husband ordered some Asian rice bowl.. it was gross. First they topped it with these tortilla strings but they were either under cooked or stale. We did notify the waiter who then apparently went to the manager..? We were not being rude but maybe this is protocol? The manager was nice but also had a what do you want me to do about it attitude. The sauce on the chicken made the bowl inedible. My husband went to school for cooking and he also manages an entire restaurant. He knows how to handle these situations properly. At the least our bill should have been partially comped for his meal he shouldn’t have paid full price for an inedible meal. He opted to take the meal home because he didn’t want to be that guy. He plans on trashing it. I ordered chicken tenders with fries and potato soup with buffalo chicken sauce on the side. My chicken was great no complaints to my main meal. The Buffalo sauce was almost creamed with a bunch of other seasonings it tasted like separated milk in my mouth. My soup was bland. You can tell it’s frozen and microwaved. The server even mentioned the bacons mixed into the soup. But where’s the flavor? The potato definitely came from a can they were thinly sliced but it also kinda made a mash in my bowl. My son’s was the same. Honestly I thought at the least a to go cup for my cup would be safe until I noticed while pouring my cup the to go cup was dirty. The entire experience was disappointing my husband came home and immediately went into the bathroom because his stomach began bubbling shortly after we left. This is not what I was hoping for when we stopped to eat out which is rare for us . This was supposed to be a nice treat and I’m just disgusted.

Staff was friendly, food was great and fresh. Update 10/13/25 I had there Turkey Guacamole BLT for lunch and Baked apple crumb pie and it is by far the best I’ve had here, and I eat here often. You gotta come in and save room for the shareable size desserts. This pie is fire

After two unsuccessful attempts at other restaurants, we decided to hit Tully’s on the way to my house. We got seated just fine, and our server took our drink order. That’s where it went south. A salad was ordered as an appetizer, but the server didn’t seem to understand that and didn’t bring it until we asked. When it came to my order, I ordered 5 fingers with buffalo sauce and Asian sauce on the side. He brought me buffalo and au jus…. Who has ever ordered beef and onion gravy with chicken fingers??? When my girlfriend got her chicken and broccoli Alfredo, she asked for parmesan cheese and he brought back the gross bottom of the jar. We asked him for a couple things and he kept forgetting. Was he trained by anyone???

8/20/25 the food is awesome and offers a great price. The bacon cheese burger I ordered was huge and was delicious. It came with a pickle & a side of fries. Our waitress Kim is the nicest waitress you could ask for. Her experience and friendliness is truly an asset to Tully’s. She accommodated our large group with perfection. Thank you.
