The restrooms were nasty! While five employees sitting in the lobby. If the restrooms looks like this I would hate to see how the cook area looks. I didn’t see a health inspection score any where but I was turned off. The table the managers were sitting next to had fries and trash all over the floor. Appeared to be working on paperwork.

After a half day traveling, I finally made it to Cave City, KY where one of my fav overnight stays is found.
Decided to pick up some “fast food” before finally settling down for the night.
There was a little confusion at the register as to who was going to take my order, Samane or Ashton. However, it did get done, not quite correct. I wanted 2 double quarter ponders with cheese, instead of the regular quarter pounder. (Wanted to share beef patties with Puppie! He was a really good boy!)
Otherwise, my order was correct and really fresh! The patties were really juicy!
Suggestion: Before you leave the counter with a “to go” order, check your bag! I usually do, but was just tired and wanted to get to the room.
Both employees were really friendly!
I noticed the Ronald McDonald outside and just had to take a picture !

It’s McDonald’s. Placed an order on the app and went inside to pick it up. The inside is clean and drink area well stocked. Breakfast rush but didn’t wait more than a minute or so for my order. Food was hot and fresh, prepared as ordered. Restrooms were clean.

Came back to edit my review. I did have a 5 star review from months ago. I’ve been coming to the McDonald’s in cave City every day and always get along with the staff very well. Today at the window they forgot my coke and I was able to remind them before I left the window and they already had it made and gave it to me with no issue. I left the drive through and parked so I could check my bag to make sure everything was inside, everything was but the 2 hash browns so I sent my husband in and the girl up front called him a liar and said she remembered putting them in the bag. He told her it must have been the wrong bag because it’s not in there, he took the whole bag back in to show them. She literally threw the hash browns in the bag and treated us like we were petty thieves. That one worker ruined it for us and we won’t be back to that location. It sux because we were regulars and had a routine, I get a smoothie for me and my husband every day. We won’t go back till that worker has been fired or quit. We are not liars or thieves and refuse to be treated as if we are… Also I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie and was given a small/medium in a large cup, smh.
