This place has gone down hill.
We come here A LOT. $50 MINIMUM every time, multiple times a week.
They are just so careless now. They refuse to ever make fries extra crispy, they are soggy everytime I ask for crispy.
Then I get flavor of the day today which is supposed to be chocolate caramel twist and I get this slop inside.
Like what is this. No caramel.
Done going here and so sad bc it used to be our favorite.

Shout out to the Manager. I got a kid’s meal -something slight after the gym (iykyk) the fries were brown and old but he corrected it promptly. Food is usually GREAT. Thanks for fixing this. My obsession with Culver’s freshness continues!

Butterburger very tasty. Half of Atlantic Cod sandwich prepared perfectly, other half was rubbery (maybe overcooked when batter fell off that end in the fryer?). I subbed their new Mac & Cheese as my side instead of French fries; good flavor, appropriately cheesy. Counter & table delivery staff were extremely friendly & attentive. Dining area & restrooms clean. We would return if in the area again.

Ordered 3 piece walleye dinner with tartar sauce and a chicken sandwich meal . Received 4 cocktail sauces. Threw fish in the garbage. Called and spoke with “one” of the managers who offered a “slight” coupon for future purchases. There won’t be any future purchases.

I just went into Culver’s and placed an order for a plain cheese burger, extra mustard. The charged me $ 8.43. I asked why it was so much more from the regular charge of $5.13. The guy rang me up, I looked at the screen on the charge plate and saw it was 3 dollars more. The guy just stared at me. A girl from behind brought my order to the counter, I questioned the price and she said in a not so nice manner, “it’s what you ordered.” I asked for my money back and they ignored me. So left the restaurant and walked to my car. I looked in the bag and saw they charged me for a Double Deluxe which was not what I ordered. I took a picture of it and am posting the dried out burger that was left from much earlier, my burger was supposed to be made fresh as advertised. I never got a receipt either. It was also noted someone behind the counter had a heavy smell of smoking pot. Culver’s just lost a regular customer.

Weston just might be the greatest fast food employee I have ever encountered. Just a tremendous attitude and spirit. We were in the middle of an extremely long trek back home, and he was a wonderful soul to encounter.

Every time we order from this location they forget part of our order. We ordered $125 worth of food and they left out our shrimp from our shrimp dinner, and only gave us the sides. I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. We placed our order through Uber Eats and they said they no longer take phone calls and refused to help us in the app. So we paid $23 for onion rings, and pretzel bites since the forgot our shrimp.

I recently moved to this area and I never tried Culver’s before but the burgers are really good and I tried a vainilla ice cream with strawberries and chocolate syrup and I loved it !

Ordered custard via doordash for my family. The order came completely wrong. When I called and spoke with Gracie and told her the problem she stated, “Sorry we were busy. Thats probably why.” On top of our order being wrong, one of the custard was for someone who has a severe nut allergy and they ended up having a reaction to the custard. This tells me they are not properly cleaning in-between orders.
