The morning shift manager (who appears to be the GM and primarily works the drive-through) consistently demonstrates poor customer service. She is short, dismissive, and seems more focused on meeting drive-time quotas than on treating customers with respect.
A manager should set the tone for professionalism and customer care. Instead, her behavior creates a negative experience. Leadership should be visible, engaged on the floor, and supportive of both customers and staff—not solely focused on speed metrics.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as management behavior directly impacts the overall customer experience.

OK the food was regular mcdonalds food we all know. I’m giving 5 stars due to the staff on 10/22/25 at 11.15am I placed my order at drive thru and was told 3 times by 3 different team members thank you and have a great day I know it sounds small but so many people don’t do it anymore. Thank yall as well and hope each of you have a great day as well. Great management at this location.

If I could rate it lower I would. Always got an attitude, fries are always old. When you ask for fresh ones they just take the old ones and put them back in the oil which I’m sure is dirty. Make the extra drive to a different location trust me. I will from now on.

They threw one burger in the bag, not even put together. The other had onions, which wouldn’t be an issue, if onions came on that chicken sandwich. Who wants a chicken sandwich with onions? But hey, at least this time I actually got the fries.

This location gets my order spot on every time and i very rarely come across a unhappy employee.

A very bad experience. I’ve been there a few times and the general manager serves me, and he smells unpleasant, provides terrible service, and his demeanor and appearance are very poor. I think his name is Michael. They should hire someone more competent and with a better appearance.

I bought two mochas and they say that they don’t have the chocolate to put on top, after I pay for those. At least let me know, to decide if I want it or not. Have to wait 20 minutes for 2 mochas, employee says that she’s running by herself and only 3 customers including me. Quiet and clean place
