Horrible service. Whoever worked 03/29/2025 at midnight. Messed up order didnt even apologize. Bitchy tone. Horrible service. Had to go around and wait in drive thru again for 40 minutes to receive the correct order. Not even a sorry. And this fries not even cooked straight up frozen. You guys have one job our local minimum wage McDonald employees it doesnt require a rocket science to cook fries

Sunday 1/11/26 bought a coffee I requested if they could make it fresh and it was cold, same thing happened today 1/12/26. I really don’t understand why they keep giving me a terrible service in here, like a said I do come to this location because is a walking distance from my home I come and dine inside and to go I always buy a coffee at least three times a week and the crazy thing is that the supervisor are the ones around and they don’t care about good service. Can I speak to whoever is real in charge of this location please.

Please double and triple check your kids drinks! I was given an already opened chocolate milk with my daughter’s happy meal. Thankfully I was able to notice before she could drink. (She’s small and unable to open the milk alone hence why I noticed it). Immediately called the store within 20 minutes of my order and was never answered. I called about 40 times back to back. This is completely unacceptable, disgusting and unsanitary to say the least! WHO WAS DRINKING THE MILK AND PUT IT BACK?? HEALTH DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY!!

This location provided excellent customer service. There was an employee waiting to assist you with the ordering kiosk, I’ve never seen that before. She was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good, hot, fresh and presentable. The restaurant itself has some slight noticeable wear & tear, but was clean & in good order so overall we had a great experience. Good job team!

The manger at the store on first Street didn’t want to help me at on the phone !! And then even hung up on me I could believe it so I called back and why did you hang up sir I had more questions then about 3 to. 4 min se hangs up again … I’m a paying costumer and a soon I was done he said okay sir and hung up again!! I so blew my mind again and that this mans working with ppl how are trying there to live and take of there family and just hangs up on us and something need to change with this man

Dirty asf the female employees be having acrylic nails they’ll be scratching their head and still be touching the food. They don’t put gloves on. They don’t wash their hands they don’t even wear hairnets they’re absolutely disgusting. I got a hair in my food and I called the manager and she tried saying it was my hair I don’t have hombre blonde hair I have jet black hair .

Whoever works at 12:10 am and is a girl, HORRIBLE service. Giving straight attitude to my mother, I understand she’s probably tired and over this job but doesn’t give right to disrespect customers. and we asked her if she had put all the food in our bag. And forget our burgers and sandwiches, AND OUR FRIES HAVE NO SALT! Like damn dawg how much do you hate ur job
