It’s Taco Bell, and it’s a Taco Bell located smack dab in the middle of all of Bloomington’s busiest college bars. You can’t really expect much especially with the traffic they get late at night, but they do what they can. I pretty much exclusively order drive thru, and they’re pretty reliable in getting orders out.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. I placed a mobile order ahead of time thinking it would make things quicker, but I still ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru and there were only about five cars in line. SO ANNOYING. What made it even more frustrating was watching employees inside laughing and joking around while customers were sitting there waiting on their food. To make things worse, my food wasn’t even hot when I finally got it. If customers are going to wait that long, the least you can do is make sure the food is fresh.
The whole system clearly isn’t working the way it should, especially for mobile orders. I really hope management looks into this because this experience was extremely frustrating and not what I expected. Just wanted my damn Crunchwrap bro I’m mad. Anyways hire some new people or do SOMETHINGGG. #willnotbeback

When i order pickup it is usually pretty good. But here lately when I order from taco bell app at 309 n walnut street it gets delivered by a taco bell on west 3rd street which takes a while.I love the new polblono and steak quesadilla,but I can’t want for Del Taco to open up near me.

The crew working lunch today (10/21/25) was terrible! They’re either horribly trained or maybe just kinda dumb? Horrible customer service and horrible food prep. Of the 7 items we ordered, two of them were correct (but still badly constructed). The other items were wrong or missing entirely.

Worst Taco Bell in the world. They have literally never gotten an order correct of mine unless they are super dead while ordering or if I order inside. Every DoorDash I order there is at least something wrong. This time I ordered 3 things and got 5 things that were completely wrong. My name was on the bag, wasn’t the dashers fault. Food is fine, service is fine, extremely creepy as a single woman to have strange men approach me while eating and ask which car in the lot is mine. Apparently they’re specifically asking tow companies to check in to make sure nobody is using their lot without being a customer, which is fair, but I will not be coming back. It’s weird and uncomfortable to be put in that situation and the tow company man was rude when I said I didn’t want to tell him which car was mine. The “tow company employees” are not wearing anything with any sort of logo, they are just big burly men. If your parking lot is more important than your customers feeling safe, that’s a real shame.
