I had such a great experience here. I ordered a pasta bowl with extra Alfredo, spinach, and tomatoes, and it was absolutely delicious. This location is always clean and welcoming the moment you walk in, and the staff are kind and helpful. I especially want to recognize Emilee. I’ve been vegetarian for about a year now, and finding new protein options that I actually enjoy has been a challenge. She took the time to recommend quinoa, which was a perfect addition, and even hand shredded the parmesan cheese. That level of care really stood out to me. My meal was not only made thoughtfully but tasted amazing. You can truly tell when food is prepared with intention. I would definitely recommend this location and will absolutely be back.

What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. Carly took our order and was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. When a small mistake happened with our order, she immediately took care of it, apologized sincerely, and made sure everything was fixed quickly. Her professionalism and genuine attitude made the experience even better.
The manager was also fantastic and clearly runs a great team. You can tell this location values customer satisfaction and creates a positive environment for both guests and staff.
Overall, the food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend this Piada Street Food location to anyone looking for great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately I did not enjoy the food at all. The steak alfredo was lacking enough alfredo to sauce all the noodles and the broccoli was not good. I picked it out. The steak was tender and flavor ok. The calamari was salty. Pick up person seemed to be stressing and came off unfriendly.

I came on Sunday i haven’t had Piada in a long time. The Heart Shaped pasta was a perfect ending to the V-Day weekend. This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time! The staff were amazing they were super sweet!!! They were very nice and friendly I would come back here any time and the food was delicious the recommendations 10/10

This place is a gem. Service was great as the employees were patient with my son and I as it was our first time there. They explained the process and also recommended a very great dish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. I am also please with the portions and ingredients. It’s like a build your own pasta bowl with plenty of toppings to choose from. I’m upset I forgot to take photos of the inside of the restaurant.
