We stopped here for lunch on our way from Merrill to Bend. The food was great, and the service too. I only took off a star as it was freezing inside. It was a cold day out and maybe the place just hadn’t warmed up yet?

We don’t eat out much because we travel all across the United States. But What a place!! From the moment we walked in to the taxidermy…. The young lady greeting us at the door Was such a pleasure and very attentive and makes a super yummy mohawk mule. We had a salad and tots yummm. The atmosphere was awesome and the service was amazing. The gentleman with the hazel eyes took our money and was super kind! We will definitely be back.!!

Staying across the street and stopped by for some late drink and quick bites on a Thursday night. They had a lovely karaoke night going which was fun. Staff was great. Wings and cheese sticks were ok, but did the job.

This restaurant was conveniently located across the street from our motel so we walked across the highway.
And we were glad we did. The place is a bar as well though we did not participate in that activity – even though it was karaoke night.
We were promptly seated and our waitress was cordial and joking while telling us of the special and taking our order.
I got the prime rib special with a baked potato and vegetables while my wife and in-laws ordered the chicken basket with fries and/or onion rings. Before we knew it the food had arrived and we all enjoyed our dinner. I was able to snag a chicken strip from the wife along with some onion rings but gave her some of my steak and baked potato.
The decor was a plethora of mounted animals along the walls. I didn’t know some of them were to be found in Oregon.
It was a good meal to end a long day of travel.

Yum!!! My husband and I had a bowl of green chicken Chili soup and it was so good! I highly recommend trying their yummy soups. We were given a sample of a sausage ziti soup and that was delicious too. My son loved it he had to have a cup of it and he never eats soups. We also ordered a couple of cheese burgers and the loaded fries. Everything was delicious.

What a wonderful way to start my morning!!! Walked across the street from my motel to grab breakfast. Ordered the country fried steak smothered in country gravy with an over-medium egg, hash browns, and two slices of rye toast plus a cup of black coffee. I also ordered a slice of butterscotch pie to-go that I’ll be having later on for an afternoon treat. The waitress was super warm and attentive. And the decor was almost like a mini-museum. It was all very Central Oregon and I mean that in a very good way.

Checked out our options and chose Mohawk! Plenty of seating. We chose the bar because we like bar dining service. Very friendly and proactive staff! We chose the daily special – soup and chicken sandwich. The soup was white chicken chili which we were offered a sample. Delish! So good! Definitely recommend stop! Enjoyed one of our favorite beers on tap – Boneyard RPM. Yum!

We are at an RV park down the road. Love old time restaurants, so we stopped . We had a waitress with a genuine smile and energy to burn. Her name was Kimberly and she’s the best. We ordered prime rib and it was cooked perfectly. The baked potato was really baked, and huge. A tub of butter, a tub of sour cream Oh forgot horseradish and au jus for the prime rib. I NEVER eat the token veggies.
Well I ate these , fresh zucchini, cooked perfectly.
I ate every bite. This was beyond a delicious meal.
Served by a very wonderful, efficient lady.
Now we wish we lived closer. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a rustic type of restaurant something that typifies Oregon for breakfast and the Mohawk didn’t disappoint. Loved the decor. I had an awesome omelette with a huge serving of the best pancakes I think I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
