I stumbled into this little gem on a quiet Thursday morning and was immediately charmed by its small, vibrant, and colorful atmosphere. While the menu is curated and tiny, the portions and flavors are anything but. My wife and I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and they were absolutely BOMB—huge portions and easily some of the best we’ve had. I also tried the hot chocolate, which had a lovely, subtle hint of vanilla that made it feel extra special. The staff was amazing, and the owners were even sitting nearby and proved to be super friendly as well. To top it all off, the shop offers a stunning view of Springdale, making it the perfect peaceful spot to start the day.

Tasty! Good portion sizes for almost everything. Loved the chicken fried chicken breakfast and the pancakes and the waffles. The scrambled eggs were also good size portion. My only warning to you is… The frosted flakes french toast is NOT on Texas toast. These people have obviously never been to Texas and seen Texas toast. It was 2 pieces of regular toast with some crushed frosted flakes which ended a bit small. Hot chocolate was rich and creamy not watery. Wife said the coffee was surprisingly smooth and not harsh. Staff have charisma and kindness. Good experience!

We stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn, so breakfast from Porter’s was included with our stay. There was nothing listed as vegan on the menu, but we worked with our server and we ended up grabbing the Homemade Hiker’s granola (*contains honey*), and it comes with milk (we took almond- soy also available), and we did the Rise and Shine Breakfast but swapped the scrambled eggs with sautéed veggies (probably the veggie mix from the Popeye Omelet- minus the cheese). Overall the food was tasty, the granola was very filling and good, and the mixed veg/potatoes and toast was a nice savoury taste opposite the sweetness of the granola. My only recommdation would be to have 1 vegan option listed on the menu, just to make it easier for vegans when ordering food! And if maple syrup was swapped for the honey in the granola then that would also be vegan! Overall, I would happily eat here again if we ever stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn again

Breakfast at Porter’s is a great value, especially if you have a voucher from the Bumbleberry Inn, but be prepared for how busy it gets during the peak season. Even though they open at 8:00 AM, the restaurant can reach full capacity incredibly fast. When we were there, it was completely full by 8:30 AM, and they were actually turning away to-go orders and closing the waitlist because they had run out of pagers. If you are using a hotel voucher, my best advice is to get there at least 10 minutes before they open to secure a spot.

Just keep in mind that if you eat there with a voucher, you will still need to leave a tip since it isn’t included.

The food is definitely worth it for the price, just make sure to plan ahead so you don’t miss out.

I had a wonderful experience with a beautiful view and some delicious food. They even have an ice cream stand nearby, which adds a lovely touch–you can enjoy a sweet treat after your meal or while shopping for some bumblebee berries.
I ordered the eggplant pasta, which was truly delightful.
I did request it to be made without garlic, but l have a feeling they might not have accommodated that. I was quite hungry at the time and didn’t want to make a fuss.
For anyone who has allergies to onion or garlic, I would suggest being cautious when dining there.
Overall, though, the food was good, and the atmosphere was inviting. The service was outstanding as well; the staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. It’s clear that the servers take pride in their work!

Good food with generous portions. You have to try the sweet potato fries. We both got drinks and they were phenomenal. Dog friendly patio with wonderful views. Our waitress kind of disappeared so that was the only downside. A little pricey but expected this close to Zion.

We had the absolute best experience at Porters for our anniversary dinner! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel celebrated—everyone went out of their way to wish us a happy anniversary and make us feel right at home.
Our waitress, Jenn, was incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and she made the night truly special for us. The food was out of this world—the steak was the best I’ve ever eaten. It came out hot, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious.
The combination of amazing service, warm atmosphere, and unbeatable quality (at a price that matched the value!) made this an unforgettable evening. Thank you, Porters, for helping us celebrate in such a memorable way—we’ll definitely be back!

The personal pepperoni pizza was indeed sized for 1, but tasted great! My wife’s salmon florentine was also very good. Service was fast and our server very nice.

Spectacular views with outdoor seating. Service helpful, friendly and efficient. Food was delicious…. wings, hot, spicy and sweet. With the homemade blue cheese dressing, Devine! Wedge salad was fresh with crisp lettuce and ripe tomatoes. Homemade blue cheese topped it off perfectly! Def recommend this place for good eats, great view and a great laid back vibe!

It’s an informal place to come after your hike. We came after a huge group so it took a bit for our server to take care of us but they were ver accommodating. We had the checking wings and artichoke dip as an entrance which were good. And for dinner we had the New York Steak and the sirloin. Everything was good. Easy and simple
