I went in and had a very nice original meal. The staff was great, pleasantly happy and communicated clearly! Clean clean clean was this atmosphere and I’ll be completely not shy about saying that it DID NOT FEEL like a cheap atmosphere. It felt like there was investment in their product, in their staff, and in their slogan which also felt very spacious. Fresh and Bold YES I agree! Rather large statement coming from me seeing as good like this I’m not usually fond of, so often it feels like I am grazing in a pasture trimming the grass by eating it! Nope this one adds just the right amount of flavor to their green options. Ladies I hope you like the picture I took. A1 if you ask me!

I thought this would be a nice healthy place to eat for boy oh boy was I wrong! The fresh bowl that I purchased was so high and sodium it was ridiculous! I asked the server the sodium level of the items in it was through the roof. Almost the maximum amount of sodium for one person. This certainly is not a healthy place to eat. They must soak everything in salt just to make it taste good.

I alternate between Bolay, Fresh Kitchen and Vale because I like to support this business model but Bolay is easily the best. They don’t charge extra for toppings and their food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and VERY efficient. The manager even checked in on me while I was eating to ask how things were. Best fast-casual dining spot in Gainesville in my experience.

I was driving back to Central FL from GA with my family and we arrived shortly before closing time. We had ordered online and ate outside so that the staff could close up when they needed to. My daughter was asking them for a lot of things after we sat (she wasn’t happy with her guacamole), and they were very kind and gave her unblemished guacamole, water, extra napkins, and more sauce. They did not rush us, made she we had everything we needed before they closed, and were obviously customer service oriented and willing to take direction from my 8 year old (I was dealing with 3 other kids and she went inside on her own to talk to them, not positive of what she said, but it seemed to be fine)! Thank you Bolay, it’s always a treat! We don’t have a location near us so we always stop when we are nearby!

Bolay is an entirely gluten free restaurant. The food, I mean. The food they serve is gluten free. The cookies too. The ice. Everything. Relax. No glutes. And it’s delicious. I recommend the slightly green noodles, the broccoli and the Teriyaki chicken. With green sauce. With cilantro. So good.

My friend recommended that we try Bolay for a quick and clean meal; and it did not disappoint. I love the concept of creating your own bowl by choosing ingredients you like. Service was quick and friendly. Everything I picked was good and my family felt the same way. The teriyaki chicken and those sweet chilli noodles were undoubtedly the best things on my plate. The fact that everything is gluten-free is a definite bonus. I wish all gluten-free food tasted this good. Boley is a tastier and healthier type of fast food.
