Food was as expected. Service is terrible! My husband was ordering and the girl kept interrupting to ask if that was all. He said no several times and told her he was looking for something specific. She proceeded to call out what he’d already ordered and give him the total. He didn’t get to finish ordering. I called and talked to the manager, Tiffany. She apologized and said “well we do have a lot going on”. There were two cars in the parking lot and we were the only ones in the drive thru. It was evident she just wanted me off the phone. This is an issue at the Lugoff location too. Why are Sonic employees incapable of being polite?

Ordered on the app as I pulled up. Not even 5mins later the car hop person came out with my drinks. I expected them to be a lot slower since they were busy. Looked like all young adults working which says a lot. Most places now are 30+ minute waits for a simple order with young adult running the place. So huge kudos to this sonic for making my order so quick. Definitely a first for me, when it comes to fast and great service at any fast food establishment.

I did a mobile order today, got a cheeseburger and the pickle seasoned tots. The order was made on time (I had scheduled it because I was driving from kind of far off) and the man who brought it out was very polite

The whole point of coming to Sonic is to order in the stall and have a carhop bring your food. Came here to this location and was informed extremely rudely that they were not taking stall orders.

Slow still employees was kind of rude. This is unacceptable I couldn’t eat the tenders fill with grease and hard as a rock. I’m done here. Came back 2 years later November 9 2024 same results still sucks

Not impressed with this location at all. I ordered a large M&M Blast and a large Chocolate Shake no whip cream or cherry. They fell short on the Blast and over filled the shake making it run down the side of the cup. Will go out of my way to another location, rather then going to this one. Have gotten one too many skimpy Blasts. See the pictures.

We sat at the drive through waiting for anyone to acknowledge us with no luck. After waiting for a good 10 minutes with no line left in front of us, and a line forming behind us, we pulled forward to the window to inquire and continued to be ignored with the lady at the window looking at us and actively walking away from us. When we were finally able to speak to someone we were told our order was taken but also that they couldn’t hear us at the speaker? Then she walked away again.

My wife went through the drive through to pick up dinner after a long day at work and Sonic was only one of the few places open in the area after 11. I was craving a extra long cheese coney and my wife ordered one as well. To my surprise when she got home the hot dogs were burnt to a crisp! The picture speaks for itself!

I just wasted $23.28 on old soggy onion rings, a cold hot dog, a drink with no ice, and popcorn chicken not pictured that is dry and cold. I called and received no answer, as I wanted to speak with a manager. I will be continuing to reach out until I am able to speak with some.

The worker Alana , she’s short , caucasian , dirty blonde hair i believe, Is very disrespectful and you can clearly tell she doesn’t give a damn about her job! Her attitude is always terrible and they always get my food wrong!!
