Had a wonderful experience at Five Guys today with Terell who got us our food Superfresh and exactly made to order in lightning fast time. Food quality was excellent and value for the meal was on par with them. Strongly suggest adding a shake to your meal, who doesn’t love a drinkable ice cream!

The best fries I’ve ever had!! For real!! The burger and shake were phenomenal too! Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. It was our first time there and the person working the counter did an excellent job explaining the menu and helping us decide what to order. Fun & clean atmosphere. Food for myself. Burger was great as usual. Got a double cheeseburger, bacon and mushrooms on it. A “little” fry, large iced tea and a bacon shake. Yes, bacon. Cause it’s frickin awesome.
Will be a while till I go back again. For what I ordered it was close to 35 dollars. Thats the downfall going to 5-guys. It’s unfortunately pricey. But it is good.

I had ordered a BLT sandwich and a Bacon Cheeseburger for pick up. Everything was good when I picked up my order and they weren’t very busy. When I got home and opened the Bacon Cheeseburger, they had completely missed putting the meat patty on the burger. ♀️ All of the condiments and sides were on the bun, except the patty. Everything else was fine, but overall very disappointing…

The staff was awesome!! They made sure to even put my order in a separate bag then my grands, so no cross-contamination would happen.

In-N-Out Burger puts this place to shame, better tasting burgers at 1/2 the price! Why are the meals so expensive here? Overpriced mediocre at best meals.

Visited this location on October 24th. Placed my takeout order for for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Got back home, opened my burger, and discovered that there were no burger patties on the burger. Called the restaurant and they offered to remake the burger or give me a refund. I opted for the refund. I got to the store and was only offered a refund for the burger, but not the fries getting cold or the drink with melting ice that were ruined at this point. I demanded a full refund but was refused. Terrible customer service. I believe that one of the cooks purposely did this to my order. The girl helping me claimed that nobody would purposely mess with my food and that mistakes happen during a “rush” (there were two other customers in the restaurant at the time). Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Terrible excuse. I refuse to believe anyone working there is too incompetent to put the burger patties on the made-to-order burger.
