The food is okay, nothing special. The layout of the restaurant is pretty cool. Lots of seating.
Waiter recommended the steak sandwich. Not a good choice. It had no flavor, only a 1/4 of it was eaten. Waiter didn’t ask if everything was okay. So no feedback could be provided.

Grabbed a quick lunch on the way to the airport. The roasted vegetable salad was good and so were the nachos. Service was attentive. Everything is clean and just enough buzz to mask our conversation.

Nice place, great outdoor patio ambiance, located inside the old Wurlitzer Building! The patio is amazing on a nice evening! (Six stars for ambiance!) Staff is polite, friendly and attentive. It’s located just around the corner (to the north) from Platter’s Chocolate Factory. I had beef-on-‘weck, their amber beer and their pale ale. It’s neat seeing the old Wurlitzer Building in use, and I walked around before and after.

Service was fast and bathrooms clean. I looked at the menu on their website ahead of time and wanted the chili but they don’t serve it anymore. I got the roasted veggie salad and it had lots of tasty veggies. The salad didn’t need dressing from all the oil dripping down. The wings were not that impressive but the pulled pork was good. I wish the prices were cheaper. $20 for a sandwich is a bit much. But there is plenty of parking and outside seating so it’s a nice place to meet up with friends for a different experience.

Always liked going here. Good menu and nice atmosphere. The holiday beverages are great too! But I got a fish fry and it was not that good. I needed to chew it a lot not sure if it was the batter or the fish was overdone maybe? The light fixture above our table had paint chips hanging. I feel bad for the customer that the paint chips fall into their food. Yikes! Hope the light fixtures are replaced soon. I took a photo of the light fixture was going to attach it to the review but looks like that’s not an option.

The only missing was, good beer. They had an amazing brown several months ago. It was gone when I returned. The pizza is always good! Keep your beers solid too.

Made my first trip here for a small party. It is a nice space featuring an outdoor patio, bar and seating areas. They have roll up doors as well as a Bands on the Patio (entertainment). The pizza was delicious and they had a nice selection of craft beers and cocktails. Certainly a worthy stop.

UPDATE: Return trip was great. Same quality food, service and selection. The cheese and pepperoni pizza had cup and char pepperoni that was charred to perfection. The buffalo chicken pizza was tasty as well!

Very comfortable brewery, with awesome wood fired Pizzas! We ordered the beef on weck Yes pizza, and it was to die for! Good variety on the menu, lots of seating. Lots of good beers on top. We really enjoyed our time here, excellent service at the bar.

My mother ordered the NY strip steak. It was gristley, tough, and hard to cut. They put it directly on the mashed potatoes and she didn’t get the gravy she asked for. Because it was on the potatoes, all the grease from the steak was on the potatoes (see pic).
The fried greenbeans are quite good. You don’t really taste the greenbeans, just the breading/batter. The aioli is also good but very oily.
The portobello quesadilla with peppers and onions is my favorite in Buffalo. Sadly, the last time I got it it was way too greasy. I couldn’t finish it. My mom likes the french dip. The Cuban sandwich was just ok and chicken sandwich had too much seasoning.
Outdoors is nice and they have an area to play cornhole. Inside is a bit cold in the decor and temperature. Even the waitress indoors complained about it being too cold for her.
We have had good experiences with the waitstaff, however, we don’t understand why the waiters don’t bring out the food. Another guy did for all the tables. Also, we didn’t like that the “suggested” tips START at 20%.
