Ordered a sausage and bacon breakfast burrito, no pico, eggs scrambled hard/well. And 3 rolled tacos guacamole on the side with sour cream on the side. My husband and I used uber for this order and once the order arrived not only was the order completely wrong the beef taquitos tasted sour. My husband had no eggs on his burrito and the guacamole was on the taquitos not on the side. Called the restaurant to see what happened because on the receipt the special instructions were very clear, and the staff was extremely rude to my husband and hung up on him. This was a terrible experience and will never go back.

The meat is always overcooked and their rice and beans portions are a joke!! We are paying $14 for a plate of a disproportionate size. So unfair and so customer loyalty is throw out the window!

We have been coming here every week as long as I’ve known. Lately the tacos have been a tiny overcooked. Today took the cake tho completely inedible. The ladies are always pleasant. This Roberto’s prepares food very well but the staff including the cook and cashier continued to slander a UNLV graduate and hated me right out the door. I can’t believe Roberto’s allows their employees to get away with such behavior. Claiming, even after I stated that I had my degree and was clearly from the United States because of no accent that I did not work and that I was not from Nevada. They didn’t even know who I was as I had never ate at this particular restaurant. Very unprofessional and unchristian Roberto’s. Your way.

My 1st time having Roberto’s Tacos, I ordered the Lengua Combo Plate, with no drink, total was about $23. PRICEY!!!!! The lengua was very tender & tasty. The restaurant was very clean! I will go back!!

I would’ve been better off getting frozen taquitos from the grocery store . Their beef rolled tacos were so bad I could barely finish one.
I ordered the cheddar cheese topped tacos and the cheese was thrown on top and not melted, so it just fell off when I picked one up.
And don’t know how they can call the mystery meat inside beef. It was disgusting.
I don’t recommend and won’t be back.

Food is yummy and reasonably priced. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get to. And a drive thru is bonus on those tired night. Tuesday is chicken Taco $1.29 day. Definitely worth going on that day for sure.

An efficient and straightforward Mexican outlet for the usual plates and combinations, prices are fair and the quality is pleasing enough. Seating feels a little constricted, with seats and tables enough for a couple dozen and change. Parking is nearby and also less than spacious. The menu is diverse enough to sate most appetites.
