Walked in today and was told it was a 45 min wait. Kinda felt like they wanted customers to walk out. There were about 10 pizzas on racks that were ready to fire. I know it only takes like 5 minutes to cook & i saw they put 12 pizzas in at a time, so we decided to order. I think there were 6 employees working, you can tell that at least 1 of them didn’t want to be there. He should look for a new job. If you can give service with a smile, then it’s not a job for you. Just saying. We got two build your own pizzas. This is the only negative: topping stations were a mess, cheese everywhere (but that’s understandable). Other items: they were out of basil, the red onions looked so soggy, maybe going bad (these should’ve been replaced, they looked bad), barely any green bell peppers and the juice in the pineapples looked dirty. The guy boxing and cutting the pizzas has great customer service. He didn’t get annoyed when I asked him questions and i asked 3. You need double & triple of him. There was a spill under one of the tables, I told the guy boxing pizzas & he had someone on that right away. Pizzas were great, came out hot. But they cooked our pizzas separately, so one wasn’t ready for about 10 min. They should keep orders together. Also, I didn’t know you can add arugula, I thought that was great! By the time we got our pizzas, it was maybe a 30 minute wait.

It’s one of the best brick-oven pizza places I’ve visited. You can choose your toppings, thus having your pizza with the best flavor you like. If you don’t like choosing toppings and sauces, you can just go for the signature menus, which are also nice! Staff members were friendly and nice. The pizza dough, with some charred edges, was crispy and savory. It takes some time if you’re in a group or if many orders are waiting. They have free hot sauce and dried oregano(or dried basil?)

We went to the store and the ordering system was not functioning and they asked us to order online. This was the least frustrating thing compared to the service level. The edges of the pizza were burnt and was black and even the garlic on top was black from over heating. The person behind the oven kept claiming that it is not burnt and that the base is still not black and that it is okay to eat. After repeatedly telling/asking him to be reasonable, he was unwilling to accept that it was burnt. He offered to remake it but stated it would be delayed and that he would prefers his pizza like that. Lack of basic service standards and willingness to accept errors are completely lacking. We understand that it is an oven and things get burnt from time to time but the lack of empathy and trying to push it to customers without a hint of hesitation is where it was very frustrating.

I really enjoy Blaze Pizza—it’s kind of like the In-N-Out of pizza chains. It consistently hits the spot and, at times, even outshines high-end pizzerias. That said, some locations are better than others, and this one is truly exceptional.

The staff at this location stood out. They were incredibly friendly, which you don’t always expect—especially considering there was no tipping option when ordering. Despite the hustle during rush hours, they worked hard, stayed cheerful, and didn’t rush us through the ordering process. That’s rare these days. At many pizza places, employees just want to push you through the line, sometimes even brushing off special requests. Some well-known spots have even grown too arrogant to accommodate customizations.

Not here. During my visit, a young, skinny guy helping with toppings went above and beyond. He repeatedly checked in to see if we wanted more of anything and was genuinely kind and attentive throughout.

Now, let’s talk about the pizza. The crust was one of the best I’ve ever had—not just at Blaze, but anywhere. It was perfectly cooked: crisp on the outside, yet fluffy on the inside. It reminded me of the excellent pizza I had at the Blaze in Disney Springs, which also has great reviews.

I was genuinely surprised by the quality, especially for a $15 pizza from a chain. A similar pie at an artisan pizzeria would easily cost twice as much. Props to the pizza cook—a lady with glasses—who clearly knows what she’s doing.

All in all, I highly recommend this Blaze location. I left completely satisfied and impressed.

It was one of the few places that was still open past 10pm after my wife and I got out of the movies across the street.

I got the Carnivore Thick crust pizza and overall enjoyed it. Its a nice place to swing by super later after enjoying a film and just wanting something decent in the area.

I do not recommend the cauliflower crust. I once tried it as a keto option and it felt flavorless. Their dessert options are a bit limited, especially compared to Crumbl Cookie which is right next door to them. But they have basic desserts you can enjoy.

Always out of cauliflower crust and gluten free. Waited for about an hour before getting to the front. There was no sign about them running out of the gluten free crust. And only 1 person running the front. Low on staff and low on crust and ingredients.

Avoid Blaze at all costs; their poor food quality and nasty customer service greatly disappoint!

Both of my pizzas were made incorrectly. My two pizza orders had incorrect toppings, were not made well done, were soggy, and were made using the wrong crust. When I returned to the store, they first denied that they were made incorrectly and refused to take me seriously.

Although they eventually agreed to remake the order I was treated disrespectfully by the staff. While waiting for my order, I saw countless other mistakes made by staff and mistreatment of other customers. I waited for over half an hour for my order to be rectified, after placing my order half an hour before I even arrived!

After I got home, I realized my order was made incorrectly again! This time, the order was again made with missing and incorrect toppings. There is clearly a lack of attention to detail with employees at the store.

I called the store and was again treated with disrespect and disregard for my negative experience at Blaze. The employee I spoke to said that he remembered me from my visit earlier, did not believe my order was made incorrectly, demanded to see evidence that my order was made incorrectly, and refused to provide a refund.

I asked to speak to the General Manager of the store; however, the employee claimed that he was the manager himself. The employee was clearly a teenager with limited work experience, as demonstrated by his language, demeanor, and overall tone.

Although I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food at Blaze, I am even more appalled by the customer service. This place used to be fantastic; however, it has gone completely downhill.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for your next meal!

We ordered build your own pizza with plenty of toppings that we love along with cheese bread and dough knots. We loved how smooth the process was and price is pretty decent. Total ended being 22$.

They have plenty of vegetarian choices for toppings and gluten free, keto dough options. They also have good reward system.

This is the second time I visit this location and the employees seem to be moving in slow motion when it’s not even busy. First experience they didn’t even take my order and tried to give me a pizza that wasn’t even mine. Then the employee tried giving me attitude because I told him that he hadn’t even taken my order and that I didn’t want that pizza he made. “So do you want it or not ”. Second time the place was empty and not a single employee took my order even though they were standing in sight. Had to wait 10 min just to get my order in then another 6 min to pay. Don’t know what happened to this place.
