We had a date night at a local winery and we’re hungry by the time the event was over. We needed a laye night pick me up! Staff was friendly and was attentive to our needs. We had them rolling in laughter. Food was delicious I couldn’t finish mine, so I brought home the rest and it for breakfast

Here I sit in the Awful Waffle Joint in T-ville NC.
Two tables adjacent to mine are still dirty with plates from previous customers. One was recently vacated about 15 minutes ago. The other was dirty when I came in and still is. One of the wait staff partially cleared one table but didn’t finish. Another came over and started to.clear it again. Still not clean.
There’s 4 employees in here and 2 tables with people sitting at them. I am one of those tables the other table has 3 people seated.
Housekeeping is not up to par.

Never made it inside. The worker came outside with her work apron on carrying a toddler to a car. I thought she must be getting off work. She went to the car and the car took off but she wasn’t in it. She stood at the end of the building and smoked a cigarette. Then went inside behind the counter, got a broom and started sweeping. After that took someone order. I working a kitchen and that apron should not have went outside and/or with a baby on it, then smoking. Not to mention she did not wash her hands. We changed our minds and ate elsewhere. And I love the Waffle House. Just as I was about to take her picture she went inside. This was the best picture I got of her from outside

The waffle house sign glowed as I pulled into the parking lot, the rain had stopped just about 30 minutes ago but the asphalt still slick as I had stepped out of the car and walked towards the door. As I walked inside, there was a smell I couldn’t quite remember, but it immediately made me feel like I was at home. The people towards the door turned their heads for about half a second, not judging, but curiously looking to see who had walked in. I sat on a stool at the counter, The gentleman to my left had sat two seats down from me. Behind my back, two men were urgently bickering back and forth, curiosity struck me but I let it go. “Just scrambled eggs please”, I say to the cook in front of me. “That’ll be 2.30.” The cook said under his breath, I rustled for change in my pocket, hurriedly pulling it out of my pocket and placing it on the counter. I heard the sound of the grill sizzling, the cooks hurriedly moving like the world was about to end. The energy suddenly shifted as the man to my left suddenly stood upright, muttering under his breath to something to the gentleman sitting next to him. The other guy suddenly stood up from his seat, almost knocking his stool over. They stood there arguing for a while, the people in the diner shot their heads at the men, even the college kids. The men started fighting, waiters trying to pull them apart. After a good while, they were soon pulled away from each other and thrown out. Something about the waiter made it seem like he had went through this predicament multiple times, hell maybe every day. My eggs were placed on to the counter, perfectly cooked, and were still hot right off the stove. I wait a good 3 minutes for it to cool down, then take a bite. The taste went down my mouth, and I started eating like my life depended on it. I stood up from my seat, and left the Waffle House, only full off of 2 eggs and nothing else. I drove home and laid down into my bed, still remembering the taste of the eggs. Waffle House will always send you a story to come back with, new experiences, new life lessons, and more. Highly recommend to come here

This is waffle house is awesome! You walk in and its what you want to see. Little kids wearing waffle house hats, busy workers with absolutely amazing personalities. Good music playing and fast service. Everyone is engaged with the customers. Probably my new favorite waffle house!!!

I stopped in just to use the restroom. I wasn’t sure if they would let me but everybody was so nice. Brianna, Alfredo and Thomas were like angels. They all greeted me with a smile and so much love that I ended up sticking around. It felt very special to be there and it was just something that made my whole night. You really come across places like this anymore where the whole staff is super nice and loving. I feel blessed that I was able to stop by tonight and I hope that I can come by again
