From the moment I walked into the restaurant, and I received, a warm and friendly greeting by the restaurants hostess. Less than 30 seconds after entering, they already seated me at a table. There I met a great waitress named Rachel.
Due to me rarely eating seafood I basically knew nothing of it. Yet, nevertheless, she gladly explained to me in such a simple manner even a child would understand how seafood boils work alongside with giving a great set of recommendations for what to try from the menu. (I learned the combos they have for specific days actually applies all week long [I really loved that.]).
Ended up trying to calamari as an appetizer. (it’s really good, especially with that sauce.) I ordered the Friday combo. If I remembered correctly it came with lobster, crabs, shrimp & etc. due to my experience from never being at a seafood boil Restaurant, (Or eating seafood in general) I wasnt even sure on how to start eating it which is when she politely explained to me to wear the gloves and use specific tools (the clamp.) while being nice enough to give me an additional tool to open up crabs and stuff.
Not too long afterwards , I met the amazing manager Julia who was not only polite enough to inquire about my experience but to top it off when she noticed that I was quite inexperienced in eating this. She provided a fun tool to help me eat the food. (which worked really well, especially for the crabs and lobster. Yes I’ve never broken a lobster apart a day in my life until now haha.)
Lastly, the restaurant has a great ambience. (love the pirate theme.) Alongside that there was a great selection of music. I heard them playing the Stevie Wonders happy birthday theme song in the back so I’m guessing someone’s birthday was there and I love the fact that they were nice enough to do that.
Lastly, when I received the bill, I was assuming all that epic food was going to cost a lot and yet it only costed me about $73. (Service was so great. They received more than a 50% tip.) Best believe I will be coming back again if I get the chance thank you Red Crab.

I was expecting a Connecticut-style lobster roll and this wasn’t it. It was two mini lobsters on a crusty roll with a scant amount of butter with a leaf of romaine lettuce, tomato and pickles. There was never more than three parties there during lunch and they sat us all next to each other. The best part was the server. She was very attentive.

My husband and I went to the union deposit location for Valentine’s Day this year and we were not disappointed… As soon as we walk to in we could tell by the smell of fresh seafood that this was going to be good… We were seated promptly and greeted by our waitress who took our order and made a new experience easy for us. Delivery of our food to our table was very fast and we were over the moon at the portion and taste and presentation. It was really upscale food, but certainly not the atmosphere, which made us very comfortable… I can’t wait to go back!

Traveling on a road trip with my parents they wanted some crab and shrimps. What a great choice I made they loved it so much they order more to go lol. The service was good and the food was fresh and very tasty flavors. The restaurant is clean and nice decorated. Highly recommend and will be back again 🙂

Had not considered going here, just because, however pleasantly surprised. A seafood boil, without the prep and cleanup. Portion size was worthwhile. Some may find it pricey but when compared to sourcing crab, lobster shrimp clams corn etc, I thought it was fairly priced and well prepared. Nothing was mushy which is tough to do in a commercial setting. I wasn’t a fan of the graffiti through out the interior, but I wasn’t there to look around. Bring your own gloves, your gonna need them..

We waited 1hr for our food and when it came out my order was wrong ,Things were missing from my order. the food was good though. The waitress was a very nice lady, but she was hardly anywhere to be found. I do understand during the evening it can get business.
At the end when it was time to pay the waitress stated the tip was already included into my bill because of how large my party was. I paid in full w tip and 2 days later they took an extra $20 from my card. Make sure you check your transactions and keep your receipts.

Friends hyped the restaurant up…ok, let’s try it. Went for dinner…let’s start with the drinks. They don’t serve coffee or unsweetened iced tea. Ok…I’ll take water with lemon. Staff was very friendly & attentive. Appetizer…crab rangoon…delicious! Entree ordered…pasta with assorted sea food & a side of corn on the cob. I have no idea what the sauce was on the pasta, but it didn’t have much of a flavor. The only seafood I found was a couple muscles & about 6 shrimp. I guess that was the assortment. Corn on the cob…no stick in it to pick it up to eat. Was told that it is mainly used for the seafood bags, so no sticks. Ok…eating with my hands. Then I ordered the banana cheesecake for dessert. Came out & didn’t look like the picture, but that’s ok. Here’s the kicker…my dessert was served to me on a paper plate & I was given a plastic fork to eat it…are you kidding me! I’m usually pretty satisfied with wherever I go; because I don’t write reviews, but the paper plate & plastic fork pushed me right over the edge.

We went there for our 19th anniversary. Our waitress was Alaijah. She was very polite and efficient. She was very patient explaining how the menu works. I was surprised to find out that I had a choice of getting 1,2, or 3 lobster tails. The weekend specials are actually available all week long and you can customize them to your liking. My husband ordered the Sunday special (on Monday), with Old Bay, no spicy, no butter, only seasoning. I ordered the broiled lobster tails with steamed broccoli and rice, no sauce, no seasoning and ate my husband’s red potatoes and corn also. He polished off his 1/2 pound of shrimp, 1/2 pound of snow crab legs, and lobster tail. The bill was just short of $75 with tax plus tip and worth every penny. We usually spend that at Red Lobster and we felt we got more for our money here. The decor is unique. Bring a sharpie and find a place to leave your message on the wall. I saw an ad for this place on a billboard over a year ago. We should have gone sooner. We went in first thing when they opened so no wait for a table. Can’t wait to go back.

We all enjoyed our boiled bags, the seafood was so fresh and absolutely delicious. Our Waitress Angel was awesome, very attentive, helpful in explaining the menu, very friendly, and easy to engage in conversation. She checked on us repeatedly to make sure we were satisfied or need anything.. We will definitely be returning back to Red Crab Juicy Seafood and bringing others

Great for the whole family. I love the fried oyster po boy! My 12yr old son always gets the blue crabs and my 2yr old loves the rice and hard boiled eggs. Been here several times and never had a bad experience. Olivia it’s great!! All staff has been great!
