The only fast food place I go is Wendy’s. Fries were hot nuggets fresh not to much ice in my coke and my burger was well dressed not to much mayo even the pickles were still crispy sometimes they ain’t but this Wendy’s had it all together inside .the manager must be slacking tho as I pulled up to the window 2 huge knots of snow and ice pushed my truck about 2 foot farther away from the window had to put it in 4×4 to be able to reach my food .so when I pulled out I got a piece of rebar out of the back and chiseled the ice away .your welcome

Don’t often review anything but, wow.
Wanted to grab a biggie bag, was in like for 25 minutes.
Won’t go crazy over that in itself, lines can take a while.
As I’m in line, I watched as a truck full of people exited their vehicle and went inside with their food for what I can assume was to complain about their order. Didn’t think much of it.
Car in front of me refused a drink that wasn’t there’s, and the employee still insisted before taking it back.
Then my turn came. A biggie bag with a root beer.
First thing out the window is a Large Chocolate Frostie.
Chicken nuggets colder than the Frostie I wasnt supposed to have.
Fries came out decently heated like they had sat under a light for a while, but uncooked.
Burger came out with the cheese cold, bacon practically untouched, and dry bun.
Best part? The male employee googly eyeing his female co-worker the entire time I’m at the window. Don’t believe he did a single part of his actual job the whole five minutes I sat there.
Food tasted alr though I guess.

I ordered a Dave’s double meal with a lemonade. The Dave’s double tasted and looked like they were warmed up patties that were made earlier that day. The fries were cooked just long enough to not be raw, they also tasted several hours old and just warmed up. The lemonade tasted okay, had like zero ice in it so it wasn’t cold.

Called 3 weeks prior to arrival to let them know of a bus group arriving and to make sure they can accommodate. Was told we can stop. On day of arrival, only have 3 people working for 40 people. Workers got into a big argument/fight. Things were thrown across the kitchen. Not the most comforting with families and children. I have had much better experiences at other locations with staffing and especially friendliness. Will not consider coming back.

So friendly here. Got fresh hot food. A mistake was made and they quickly fixed it. It also looked really clean on the inside so major props to this location

This experience was ridiculous, I feel bad for most of the staff at this location..Not only was I missing food but when I went back in to say I was missing food, the general manager was mad because their timer for the drive was to high and instead of saying as a team we should work on getting this down she was very rude and arrogant to only one team member and that was a manager she was almost basically blaming him for not doing his job correctly, Also a long with the drive thru sandwich maker he seemed very rude as well, he didn’t even call out the food that he made he just tossed it on the counter and they didn’t know what everything was….I have worked in the food industry for ten plus years and to see a general manager play the blame game instead of saying we should all work has a team and accomplish our goals and make sure everything is being called out so the correct orders go out it’s hard to watch that. This Wendy’s needs to work better has a whole team and if the general manager can not realize she needs to step up and do better instead of bringing others down then she isn’t fit for that position.

Usually the service here is fine, came in for breakfast around 930 and a lady named ashley with pink in her hair took my order, she had an attitude the entire time, was making other people do work for me. Got my order wrong and told me it was my fault it was wrong. And instead of getting me a new sandwich she made handed me a container with a sad excuse for a cooked egg in it. Will be asking for a different server if i come back.

Me and FIVE of my friends went to this Wendy’s and it was honestly the worst fast food experience ever. Every single one of us got Frostys that were literally LIQUID. Like actual soup. I didn’t even get a spoon, and when I asked, the worker got attitude like I was bothering them by wanting to eat my Frosty with… a spoon???
Then my friend who ordered FIRST? They straight-up deleted his order. It wasn’t late — it wasn’t being made at ALL. They completely forgot he existed. We timed it and he waited 30 minutes for Wendy’s food. THIRTY. MINUTES. He even said, “I think I’ve gotten food faster at Texas Roadhouse than this Wendy’s,” and he’s right.
My other friend ordered the Chocolate Brownie Batter Frosty and they gave her VANILLA melted Frosty with one sad squirt of fudge. Not even close
AND my ag teacher ordered the same thing as her… and it was literally soup too. She actually DRANK her Frosty. Out of the cup. Like it was a milkshake. That’s how melted it was.
Overall: this Wendy’s is actually wild. Please fix whatever is going on in there.

Absolute worst experience ever 45 min to get food at counter was more interested in drive thru. One person working counter and packing their own orders and 20+ customers waiting to order manager/ supervisor woman needs to find new career path not suited for fast food. then had to come back and get 2 sandwiches remade due to raw product then proceeded to argue about it. WOW

Service was friendly but they got my order wrong. I asked for Dave’s double and received Dave’s single. In store fountain drink machine was out of ice and the sprite syrup needed replaced because it was empty. 11am on a Saturday. Quality was lackluster. Thumbs down from me.
