2024: How many people can work here and still not greet the customer or ask what we’d like to order?! 6 apparently.
When someone decided to ask what we wanted to order we still didn’t get a receipt or all of our food. When we went to the counter to get what we ordered the lady was rude. Cold food to boot. Don’t waste your time here.
Original 2023:Waited in the drive through for literally 45 minutes. They weren’t allowing dine in, even though a couple of people tried to park and go in while we were waiting. Waiting would have been tolerable but our food was cold as well. Will definitely go somewhere else next time we eat around that side of Dothan

Service 0 stars! I was standing and watching the employee get nuggets with her BARE hands no gloves and put them in a box then wipes her hands on her jeans. This is gross. DON’T COME HERE staff is VERY RUDE! They hate their jobs they hate their life and they’ll be just as hateful to you so you’ll hate yours too! BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!
Also: doordash / uber pickups are so slow the employees will walk around and not get started on it until they want they will walk around talking while the order is half way packed and just lollygag, no respect, and no rush.
I decided to try it again and got SICK so…. eat at your own discretion

Horrible breakfast experience. Drive thru worker was EXTREMELY RUDE. Kept cutting my husband off as he ordered and giving him the total $ while he was still trying to order!!! Instead of asking “anything else?” like any normal person would. Seasoned potatoes in the breakfast burrito and the side tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in ages. My “chocolate cold foam coffee” came as just coffee with cream because she would have to “go get the cold foam.” Waste of food and my $.

No condiments, cold, not good. The coke was good though but not worth $17 for a coke. I literally ate one bit of the cheeseburger and ate 1 fry. Never going to another Wendys. Sad really. Hate to see fast food restaurants serve nasty old cold dry food.

This Wendy’s is absolutely the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Their food was not hot and fresh. Have no lettuce pickles or ice in their ice machine so I had to have a hot soda it was absolutely disgusting. Do better

Absolutely disgusting. Food was probably the worst I ever had in a fast food restaurant. Burger was so overcooked it was completely dry. Hardly able to eat even part of it.
What was even worse were the employees. One kept his phone charging at a table and would go back and forth behind the counter and the table. Each time leaving his dirty work gloves on the table. He eventually just took his phone to the food preparation area (leaving three sets of dirty gloves on the table) and worked on food while holding his phone.
Another employee in the food preparation area, was walking by the French fry bin, and with no gloves on, reached into the bin with his bare hands and grabbed a handful of fries, shoved them in his mouth and continued to work on preparing burgers.
After seeing this (there’s more, but this suffices) I can honestly say I will NEVER go to another Wendy’s again. Absolutely disgusting!

I wasn’t even able to place an order because management was talking over the person that was trying to take my order and being very rude to the point that the person just started repeating whatever she said. They wanted me to come inside for some reason when I told them I had a toddler in my car. They were very rude mind you I’m pregnant and I have a toddler in my car I can’t get out when I can just get an order at the window. They’re hiring for all positions and I see why they are very rude and see miserable and they were not even that busy they weren’t busy at all but they just don’t want to make orders if you don’t want to make the food you’re not going to have the business if you don’t have a good atmosphere you’re not going to have workers maybe it’s time for new management

Came through the drive through after work, ordered a 6 piece nugget and added on a medium fry and medium drink… but did not get the fry that I paid for, unfortunately I did not realize until I got 45 minutes away all the way back at home:(

Ordered a Dave’s Double Meal. They gave me a Dave’s Single. I asked for it to be remade and didn’t want them to just add a patty to an already warm sandwich. The manager had a very nasty attitude. She remade my burger and purposely left off the condiments by this time I didn’t even want to go back around. The fries were also not fresh I could tell they were just redropee in the grease.

Store didn’t close for another two hours but they already had the grill turned off and everything I wanted that needed to be grilled they said they couldn’t make. Specialty potatos, makes no sense.
