My husband and I went here for the first time and it was delicious! We sat at the bar and the bartender Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable, he definitely knows what hes doing and knows his regulars orders. He recommended tasty drinks, which he let me sample the bluegrass Festival cocktail and it was very good, no too sweet or tart, it was the perfect balance of blueberry and lemon. The bacon wrapped meatballs as you can see were delicious! It comes with 4 meatballs and it just didn’t make the picture it was that good! Super tender and flavorful! We also had the Blanco wood fired pizza and of course amazing! My husband also ordered the Carnivore wood fired pizza but he was hungry and ate it all up before I can take a picture..I did have a bite and that is also delicious! I would definitely recommend this place.
Went again 4 weeks later and surprise surprise, everything was fantastic! Bacon wrapped meatballs with goat cheese, delicious! Garlic knots very good, grilled lamb delish, chicken parm super good and the pasta is not plain, it has garlic and spinach, definitely mouth watering. The wine I chose Force & Grace is by the bottle at $55, a cabernet sauvignon that paired well with my chicken parm. The dessert the warm cookie dough sundae was absolutely delicious! If you have a sweet tooth this is for you. My husband loved it and I had a bite and yes it was very good. Our bill was more because we did buy the bottle but it was worth it. $165 was our total and that includes our meals and apps the bottlenof wine and 4 beers, and this total was for 2 people. We are going back again!

Excellent flavorful food. Great mixed drink selections with unique flavors. We has curry cauliflower soup, salmon garden salad and bees knees pizza. Excellent service. Was a little tricky to find as it’s tucked back from the road. Definitely will be back!

When you have to give up gluten, you spend *a lot* of time hunting for good alternatives. Oak Stone, hands down, has nailed the gluten-free pizza. The crust is soft and delicious on its own, and the crafted toppings are exceptional (it’s rare to get these both right). I recently tried the “Autumn Sage” special, and it’s even better than it sounds.

We always love trying new pizza places. Oakstone did not disappoint. Friendly service that was attentive yet not overbearing. Woodfire pizzas in 2 sizes – 10 or 14 inch.

We really need to give this place a mix review while we enjoyed the food and we thought it was tasty. The surface was truly lacking once we didn’t order drinks and 20 appetizers. She seemed to lose interest. She brought the bill before the dessert even arrived, and I hadn’t even finished my pizza when she took the dessert order. We also got a big salad and a pizza and they charge us a two dollar sharing thing yes it was on the menu but is an appetizer and pizza meant to be shared. I don’t know if I would go back.

I came here with my family and had a wonderful experience. During a very busy time we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress Logan was phenomenal. The pizza was great and loved the fried pickles. I would certainly come here again.

We stopped in for dinner on a Sunday evening in early March while traveling in Virginia. I just looked in the map for restaurants near Winchester and the menu looked good. They do have more than pizza.
We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by a bartender. We ordered a couple cocktails. Both were good. I recommend Tasha’s cranberry mule a it was very good. We had brussel sprouts, wings and pizza. We ended up taking some of the pizza to go. The food was good. The service was very good. Our bartender was friendly and attentive.
The atmosphere was laid back and easygoing. Parking was easy – they have a big lot. Prices were comparable to other similar places we have been. If I lived closer this might be a place I frequent often. We had an overall great experience.

I go here all the time! The servers are amazing and caring. The food is a 10/10 the garlic knots and fried pickles are to die for. If you are a cheese lover like me the 5 cheese pizza is amazing. This place is an amazing restaurant to bring family and significant other. Great place!!!!

Definitely the best brick oven pizza around! So glad we discovered this place. It’s become a nice date-night or weekend lunch place for us. They have unique craft pizzas, such as bees knees I believe it’s called. Their cured meat toppings, as well as the meatball is delicious! Highly recommend.
