We ordered through doordash and they fail to give me my 10 piece nuggets and fail to put on cheese on my cheesy baconator fries. The manager is always mean every time we go and they always forget something. I’m just frustrated and angry. I understand a bad day, I understand forgetting something sometimes, but a whole entree and a staple piece of a side forgotten is just frustrating. I understand it’s a minimum wage job, but you’re getting paid for this, at least do a halfway decent job please. It’s not just DoorDash, even in person we always have to run inside after the drive thru because of missing items. I know it’s just fast food and no one cares about the reviews usually because it’s fast food, but I just hope one person somewhere out there that works for this location reads it.

I went through the Wendy’s drive-thru today on 12/6/25 at about 6pm, and the experience was honestly disappointing. I waited nearly ten minutes just to place a simple order: a kid’s meal for my son and three double stacks. The employee working the drive-thru was noticeably rude and acted irritated that I was even ordering.

After waiting another ten to fifteen minutes at the window, he handed me the bag and insisted everything was inside. I got home and found that most of my child’s meal was missing. For how long I waited and how basic the order was, this should not have happened.

The service was rude, slow, and completely careless. Very frustrating experience.

Meat on burgers were overcooked and burnt as if they’d been sitting since the day prior. Hard and burnt crusty. Could not even eat. Not joking. Ordered 2 Dave’s doubles so that was 4 patties. One burger didn’t even have lettuce. Fries were cold and soggy as if they’d been sitting as well. Entire meals wasted. Honestly unbelievable. Never experienced anything like this before. Stay away from this Wendy’s.

That was the longest Wait in the drive-through fast food restaurant I have ever waited. Almost 15 minutes. Then I got a chicken sandwich and was charged a dollar for sauce To which my chicken and my chicken sandwich was old. Next time I will be going to the other location.

Worse Wendy’s of all time. Might take 40 minutes with nobody in front of you. Empty line and nothing. I’ve left and gone just gone to McDonald’s next door. Atleast they give you your food fast

Went through the drive-thru took about 15 minutes just to get to the window with one car in front of me. ordered two crispy chicken BLT biggie bags then waited 10 minutes before they asked me to scoot forward they were waiting on the patties to which we sat for another 20 minutes. it’s 96° outside. Went inside and said hey you know, good customer service is when you have people sitting in a vehicle on a 96 degree day you let them know what’s going so they don’t just sit outside in the heat. waited another 10 minutes before we got our food. The Buns were cold the fries were soggy and the chicken nuggets were cold never again Wendy’s on Biddle. I’m not even going to get into the rudeness of the employees.

The last few mornings I went, I waited at the drive through 10-15 minutes to place my order, with no response, even drove up to the window and had zero acknowledgements. Didn’t bother going inside. Food was cold the next time I went, with the potatos also soggy. One lady, I think she’s a manager, was so inept and rude, “I am too short to change the menu board”, then put something like butter in the burrito. I don’t even know how this place is still operating with this shitty of customer service and product, I’ve enjoyed Wendy’s everywhere else, but this location on Biddle is horrendous!

You have this lady that works there that has green hair yes she don’t need to be working there she should be fired you don’t tell people when they’re not one person there that their order is going to take 20 minutes no one is even in this place at all and especially when you order doordash it shouldn’t say 20 minutes
