Breezy, Carrie, and Jaelyn are the best bartenders hands down! Very attentive, quick, hardworking, and care about every customer! The environment is also a plus, great people and feels like a family! Also helps when the beer is served cold and food is served fresh! 10/10 and would recommend this place to anyone!

My fiancé and I were back in Kalamazoo for the holidays after a five hour trip home. We arrived later in the evening and decided to stop in at Wings Etc. for something to eat after the long drive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted kindly and taken care of right away. It was exactly what we needed.
We received our drinks quickly and they were delicious. We ordered a salad to start and then a large order of wings and fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. It truly hit the spot after traveling.
Our server, Peach, deserves a special shoutout. She was warm, attentive, and so easy to talk to. What began as simple conversation turned into one of the most pleasant interactions we have ever had in a restaurant. She made the entire evening feel welcoming and familiar.
The atmosphere added to the experience as well. The group at the bar seemed like friendly regulars, and watching everyone interact created a real hometown feel. It was comforting and made us feel like we had slipped right back into the community.
Our visit to Wings Etc. was exactly what we hoped for. Great food, great service, and Peach made it all feel like home.

Wow. Last time I checked discretionary income for most folks was something of a luxury.
I stopped in here on a Sunday night, after some errands for a quick beer and maybe a snack. It wasn’t busy and I sat down at one of the many open seats at the bar. And sat there. And sat there.
The bartenders, yes multiple, had time to complain about side work, wash glasses, walk around to the table side of the bar to clear tables, and take a shot with another customer but apparently not enough time to say hello or ask what I would like. I gave it a full ten minutes and left.
My husband and I have stopped in here a few times and always had a decent time. We definitely won’t bother again. Even grumpy customer service would have been better than none.
Hopefully you’re experience will be better than mine. Or skip it altogether — Jac’s is right down the street.

First off, my review is kinda biased today. When finding a foot long hair in my food, you should have at least offered 10% off or a free desset. Instead, full price. I hope i wasn’t charged for that disgusting long hair.
My visit started slow. It was super busy, i counted 5 tables with people in the whole dining room. Took close to 10 minutes before i was greeted. After ordering my drink, I changed tables because there was a guy that was next to me obnoxiously loud on the phone. Service was seat yourself.
I waited another 10 to 15 minutes before my drink was brought and my order taken. I ordered the chips n salsa as a appetizer.
If you’ve read my other reviews, i can be picky. The salsa here is delicious!! I also ordered a hot nashville chicken Sandwich. Had i known about the hair, i would have said no hair.
Took forever to get my food. When i finally got it, it looked good, it was tasty. Thats when i felt it. A hair stuck between my teeth. I just got a hair cut and trimmed my beard so i knew it wasn’t mine. I pulled the hair out, which was stuck in the breading.
I told the server, and she replaced it for me. Took another 20 mins to get the replacement. Oddly enough, the second sandwich wasn’t as good. If it was the hair that gave it the flavor, yuck!!
No discount, no anything for the hair. I wasn’t looking for free food but come on now. My reviews show that i est out often, i know the normal for this situation.
I probably won’t return as i dont want any hairy food. My hair is 1″ long. Definitely not mine.

I went with my friend and since the waitress who served us came I felt uncomfortable and she didn’t have a very good attitude. We ordered 30 wings and they brought us 28 overcooked thighs. My friend is not a big fan of thighs but common sense would be half and half. We told the woman who served us if she could give us some flat ones and she said no, that she had to ask the boss, to which my friend said that it was not what she expected and that she would not pay for just the thighs. The manager also came with attitude and arrogance to tell us that we had to specify the wings and if we wanted flat ones they had an extra cost, really?? when we were ordering, no one told us or asked us if we wanted thighs or flats, things were getting awkward and I just wanted to put an end to that awkward moment and I told him to bring me an order of 10 flats so that my friend could at least feel comfortable. When they finished, they brought them and he didn’t eat them because they tasted like freezer gas. It was horrible. They literally did whatever they wanted to us and forced us to eat whatever they said. In short, there was little professionalism and hostile service when all they should have done was simply please and satisfy the customer, which is basic! and they simply failed at that and in the end they literally assaulted us with the receipt worthy of returning and recommending the best overcooked thighs and the best service kindness I only do this because of the frustration of the service I am not interested in any compensation or anything like that simply not coming back is enough at the end of the day people will continue to go and maybe they won’t care much blessings ♂️
