Ordered a family size coleslaw for $13.99 and it wasn’t even filled up all the way. $13.99 for this small portion that they call a family size is crazy enough but then you can’t even fill it up?? Not very happy! Do Better!

The experience wasn’t terrible, but the staff acted like they couldn’t care less if we were there. There was zero effort to make it enjoyable. My order came out missing powdered sugar on the pancakes, which is literally one of the key parts of the dish. On top of that, I’m beyond fed up with restaurants that can’t grasp the most basic concept of dining—an appetizer should come out before the meal, not at the same time. It’s not my job as a customer to remind the staff what the word “appetizer” means. Unfortunately, this seems to be a trend, but it doesn’t make it any less frustrating when it happens here.

Wife and I were traveling through the area and stopped for lunch. Had to wait for a little bit to be seated. We thought for a Sunday lunch they would have more help clearing tables but it wasn’t a real long wait. Our server was Katie and she was great. Food was good also. I checked the Bob Evans website about senior and military discounts and their website said they do have those discounts. I asked Katie about it and she said to tell the cashier when I paid. The cashier said they don’t give senior discount so I don’t understand why their website said they do but I did get the military discount. Overall it was a good stop on our travels.

Went for breakfast this morning and they were not that busy was greeted by a friendly waitress and that was about as good as the service got! Took almost 20 min for us to get our drinks! Was brought our food and it tasted like they needed to change the grease bc the hashbrowns and eggs tasted like grease the toast was cold and to say the least when I asked for more coffee from the manager she acted as if it was a problem. I couldn’t get it from the waitress bc she literally did not come back and check on us until she brought us our check..next time it will be Waffle House for us!

Disappointing – A Real Shame
If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bob Evans.
First, the food took 45 minutes to arrive, which is already unacceptable. But the worst part was when it finally did:
One of the burgers had blackened lettuce on the edges and smelled bad.
My plate arrived without fries, and when I asked for them, it took even longer to bring them.
The mashed potatoes were a disaster, more like watery gravy than actual mashed potatoes.
One of the chicken tenders was raw inside. Completely unacceptable and a health risk!
And we weren’t the only ones. Several tables around us also had to wait a long time for their food, so this was clearly not an isolated issue.
It’s truly a shame that a family restaurant, which has always been one of my parents’ favorites, has such poor service. We’ve never had a bad experience at Bob Evans before, but after this, we likely won’t be returning to this location.

Wonderful. The food was excellent. Service impeccable. A particular shout-out to the waitress, ERIKA, who was so pleasant, efficient, and attentive not only to us but to the multitude of guests in her area around us. She was cheerful & charming while promptly taking great care of each of us. Shows just how different one location can be than another; glad we left Lebanon and decided to try here.

The worst Bob Evan’s I have been to. Waitress was great but they are slow and orders came out for people who came in long after us. Excuse was they were just waiting for the crispy bacon. Then when it came my basted medium eggs were very easy and runny whites. Hash browns weren’t even cooked much less extra crispy. See them it the pictures. The sunshine skillet was better and had lots of sausage. I would have complained but we were in a hurry to get home before the storm. Also their app sucks big time. Could get the restaurant to add my meal to the rewards. And they couldn’t show me how I could scan it in.

Earnestly, I can see why there is a lack of good ratings for this store. While I disagree with the reviews about the staff, as the staff were friendly and welcoming: The food was below average. Scrambled eggs made like an omelet… and burned. Under cooked biscuits, toss in a rather disgusting bathroom (at least for the mens). Wasn’t the best Bob Evan’s.
